I called ahead to see if they had a particular brand of cigar and was told yes, so I drove over there and was told they sold out a week ago. I stared at the guy in disbelief for a few seconds to see if he was just playing a friendly prank, but he was dead serious. After an awkward silence he reluctantly points me to the one cigar he had in stock, meaning he actually did not sell out. So first he says he has them, then tells me he’s sold out after I drive there, and then admits he has them again. I bought some sticks so I wouldn’t have to leave empty handed, but probably won’t come back.

Very nice lady at the counter on a Sunday. Was happy to answer my questions and help however she could. In this day its wonderful to walk into a small business and be treated so kindly. Not the norm anymore. Thanks, will also be visiting your Ortega location soon!

Tobacco Cove is a wonderful place. I stopped by with my wife to pick up some pipe tobacco and really enjoyed everything about Tobacco Cove. The staff at Tobacco Cove are the best.

Ist time I was there, they were hosting a AJ Hernandez event. They did a great job with Cigars, raffles, food and accommodations. I will definitely be back more regularly. Great folks

This place is the best. Best prices. Owner and patrons are friendly. Great cigar events. Down home mom and pop type place with a good group of folks to sit down, have a great conversation and smoke a great cigar at a great price with. Tom is great and his family is there with him. Clarice is great to deal with on the weekend.

My son is at his orientation at UNF and stopped by for a stick. I felt at home from the minute I entered from the locals smoking to the owner, Tim. He was professional yet personal. Knowledgeable yet humble. The cigar selection was good and the prices were very reasonable. They even had a dominos table so I definitely will be back on my visits to see my son in the fall. I understand why this shop has high rating. Thank you, Tom!! All the best.

Absolutely fantastic establishment. No one is pretentious. Great classic decoration. Very friendly staff and regulars. All this and they have prices that beat anywhere I've been in town. They really make you feel at home here.

Awesome and friendly place to lounge around while enjoying a stick or a bowl. The owner is really helpful and answered all of my questions I had about cigars and tobacco pipes. I was able to try some of their Pipe tobacco Special Blend, really smooth and cool to smoke. I will defiantly come here more often and highly recommend this place.
