This place insanitary and filthy! Ladies bathroom has bloody tampons and pads all over bathroom on the floor and poop around toilet. My 5 years old daughter had to see that we took pictures and will REPORT this store. This has been NOT the first time that we came here and bathroom was disgusting as other reviews also said here. We left the store and hope when filed an official complaint they get shut down until pay for cleaning bathroom NOT just in the morning but all day. They claimed it was clean but that picture we took indicates it’s been nasty almost for days

Never had issues at this store besides with the wait times for checkout and rude staff. Every cashier I have delt with are unpleasant or rude and snippy.

I had a very unpleasant experience trying to return something here. The staff there are very snotty, snobby and nasty. I only stopped here because I was given a gift certificate and it was a most horrible experience. This particular store is full of snots, and over entitled employees. I have contacted the manager and nothing has been done.

This is by far the worst experience I've had in a T.J. Maxx. There was an employee, Caucasian with rainbow hair and piercings whose behavior was bizarre. She seemed like she was under the influence and looked crazed. I wouldn't go back to this store again for her behavior alone. In fact, not one employee I encountered was courteous. That should not be.
The bathroom in this store is atrocious. I wouldn't let my dog step foot in there.
Why on earth should a bathroom resemble a crime scene from law and order? Disgusting.
Deal with that asap T.J. Maxx.

My children’s grandmother wanted to buy a few things for herself and the kids at the SanJose Blvd store in the evening. The check out line was starting to get long. The cashier “wish I took her name” was so rude and lack’s patience with the elderly customers. You don’t talk down to an elderly woman and then make facial expressions when they are having a hard time walking.

Rosa H. was one of the most rude and slow employees I have encountered. My girlfriend and I waited in a long line, and were finally called up to register 1. As we walk up, Rosa H walks away from the register to do adjust a candy shelf but half by half an inch and starts fixing the candy bags, making us wait even longer (keep in mind the line has at least 20 people in it) you would think Rosa would have some sense of urgency. Rosa then comes over and does not say hello or greet us and starts scanning our items very slowly. We were purchasing jewelry cleaner and the tag was ripped and she couldn’t find a price. I told her I usually pay $3.99 and so did a co-worker next to her. Rosa decides to leave the register again and slowly walk to attempt to find another one after we said it was the last one. 5 minutes later she slowly returns and charges me $3.99 and says she couldn’t find it (again keep in mind the line of people is only getting longer.) I informed Rosa of the family discount I have and she started interrogating me and arguing with me. I frequently shop here probably twice a week and have never had an issue with using it. I then go to pay with a gift card and she rudely says “why didn’t you tell me you were using a gift card” and demanded the gift card. My girlfriend and I have a lot of patience but we were both shocked at the way we were treated by Rosa H and the poor service.

I love going there with my daughter. They have different stuff then Ross and Marshall's do. Their lines go down quickly,because Ross only keeps maybe one cashier on late at night,so does Marshall's, which is bad, because tge cashier's rush to get line's down and they don't pack glass well during these time's. They also just throw your clothes in a bag and at least TJ MaXX cashier's ask you if you found everything ok and if you say yes, they say That's great to hear from you!That's why I love TJMAXX!
