Honestly would be alot better if the people running the store cared about the staff up front and didn't let them drown in line that wraps around the store all by themselves and helped them instead of hiding in the back

The checkout lines at this location are always insane. I waited 25 minutes to checkout on a Tuesday afternoon. Customers were angry and leaving the line. If I walk in and see a ridiculous line with 2 cashiers I walk right back out.

The way they demonstrated on Sunday, April 7, was not pleasant, in fact, it was very intense at the moment when the store was supposedly closed or about to close, and even the doors were open, several customers letting them know that we would be back outside. Even so, it was very bad behavior from that shift staff.

Love shopping at this location! The manager helped me today with a return and she was so patient and kind! Even the cashier and floor associates were awesome. I even found some slippers I've been looking for months! Will definitely be back!

i just waited in line here for 25 mins with only 2 cashiers checking this huge line out . meanwhile there’s 4 employees sitting on the chairs in the furniture section and a male employee circling the people in the cosmetic section scowling with his arms crossed .my guess is to prevent theft meanwhile in the bathroom there’s 3 empty boxes of product from theft in the trash . the management here must be terrible . get more cashiers on the floor especially during the weekend instead of worrying about socializing and theft prevention. also the bathroom was terribleeee

I love this store but every time I come no matter the time of day the line is all the way across the store to check out and the managers are standing around talking and not helping employees check out. Highly understaffed and no sense of urgency to help customers.
