I want to first start by saying EXCELLENT Team. I felt very welcomed when i came in by Mr. John. & Mr. Gerald . Mr Gerald is an angel sent from heaven. I thought my issue with my car couldn’t get fixed and i had to start back at square one but he stepped in and gave me the best help, advise and experience I’ve ever encountered. I would always recommend friends, family, and even strangers to come here and get serviced. I appreciate how they didn’t just let me leave being distraught, confused, and upset. Instead, things were taken care of and i will be leaving when my car is done blessed and with a smile on my face. I am thankful. Thank you Tire Kingdom for the best service

Came in to purchase 4 new tires. It was discovered that my alternator was bad and overcharging my battery which destroyed a few cells. I had also learned about this issue beforehand at AutoZone. I decided to also replace the alternator and battery with tire kingdom besides purchasing my 4 new tires. When I came in to pick up the vehicle an alignment was done that I had not asked for… But an excellent gentleman by the name of John, had no problem to remove it, as well as applying another small discount. The work that was done was great and the service John provided was excellent.

Waited 30 min for a tire plug In 30 minutes, my car had the hood popped open tire never touched with four technicians standing around talking to each other.

Stood there at the counter for 20 minutes before anyone realized I was there and then sat there for an hour waiting for my tires to be balanced, to be told they couldn’t do it because my stock 22 inch rims messes their balancing machine up. First and last experience with them unfortunately.

Went to Tire Kingdom on Phillips Highway with a nail in my front driver's side tire. I Spoke with Mr. Hills who then assured me he would take care of my problem. I appreciated the kindness Mr. Hills showed towards me. After about 20 minutes my vehicle was finished. I want to thank Mr. Hills for making me feel important as a customer and a human being. Again THANK YOU. Mr. Hills.
