I recently had a very detailed and odd request from Virginia's DMV. Kembri Johnson in Tim's office assisted me with Virginia's request. She went to great lengths to procure a letter with all of the (somewhat silly) requirements within days. She was very pleasant and professional in the process!

I have been a customer with State Farm CR 210 for many years. Tim has a great office, convenient and great employees in the office. I recently purchased another vehicle and needed some assistance. Jeff Marshall is outstanding and very professional. I needed to keep insurance on current vehicle and add just purchased vehicle BUT had to have changes made.
