10AM - 5:30PM
952 St Johns Bluff Rd N, Jacksonville“The woman that owns the stores is so kind and helpful. We shopped there twice in one day because we told and family about how amazing her deals were for NFL items. I will be going back every time I want more items for my team! She and the store is amazing!”
“I love this place! Im a heavy thrifter and this place is definitely a gem. I’ve been here 4 times in the past week or two and always left with something. I just recently left with a designer purse and a tv stand for less than $40!! Great People, Great Atmosphere and it definitely deserves the 5 star recognition ❤️.”
“This- and the San Pablo location- is my favorite thrift store in Jax. There are so many women's clothes and everything is organized so well. I typically dont enjoy clothes shopping, especially at thrift or close out stores (because there are not multiple sizes of items you love) but the volume, variety and quality is great. It's a pleasure shopping there. (Is it the Publix of thrift stores? Might be)! I've found some great buys! The other departments are nice also.”
“Helping Hands is exactly what a thrift store should be: nice items for a fraction of their original cost. To be honest, even if you don't need to buy anything, come to this shop for a smile and a pick-me-up!”
“Much more organized than “The thrift store” Nextdoor. There was this green douche dancing outside the whole time and straight up antagonizing my dog. I went up and swung on him and he hit me back. Can you freaking believe this. Also I don’t understand but everything’s always 50% off so doesn’t that just mean it’s regular price? Very nice staff”
“Mrs. Browning only carries quality furniture. The kind of furniture that last a long time. She enjoys helping people SO much. You leave her shop with a wonderful feeling about your life, because of how you are treated.”
“I love this place! You won't find a more packed full of customers flea market in Duval! They are doing so good! The workers, venders and even the customers are just really down for earth awesome people! I didn't bring cash and the super sweet customer behind me offered to pay my $3 total to get in & for cart rental. I love going there. Shopping & selling at my own booths. The have everything you could need and want! The office staff is very helpful. They have food, bathrooms cleaned, ATM machines on grounds. Last Saturday I went and it was a excellent day from the time I walked in the gate, they only take cash, $1 per person. $2 to rent a shopping cart, the one that has those available for shoppers.”
“Great customer service, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, if they didn't have answers they found out the answers. They went above and beyond. All 3 experiences from them. To renting a wheelchair, to buying a lift chair, to delivering and setting up the chair. If you are looking for Grade A service, I would highly recommend this company.”
9AM - 7PM
4243 Dunn Ave, Jacksonville“I visit this location maybe three times a week and their staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and I alway find something wonderful to take home.”
“A real thrift store without inflated prices like a big one on Emerson. They have one dollar clothes racks for women, men and children. It’s well organized and I like how the plus size clothes have their own section. They have changing rooms too.
They offer a discount on your next visit if you spend more than $50. The proceeds benefit a battered women’s shelter. I definitely recommend checking it out.”
“This is by far the best Goodwill I’ve ever been to… even though there is a lot in Jacksonville… I love coming to this Goodwill store. It seems the staff in this store have been here forever. It feels like family when I come here. Rebecca the manager is so pleasant it is evident she loves being here! She always welcomes everyone when they walk in the door like it is the first time we’ve ever been here. Even when I don’t need to buy anything I come here just because I know I will have a smile on my face when I leave.”
10AM - 6PM
11018 Old St Augustine Rd, Jacksonville“Spectrum Thrift Store supports a great cause and always has new incoming items. They have different sales going on. When I visited you could buy 3 pieces of clothing and get 2 free.”
“The young man that helps you unload on weekends is such an inspiration! Always happy, providing positive messages too. When I told him I was recovering from chemo he gave me a hug (a very much welcomed & needed hug...well this was a few months ago, back when we could hug. Thats not happening now bc of COVID, but I’m sure he will still give me virtual hugs) He’s such a delight.”
10AM - 6PM
10940 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville“Best Salvation Army around! EVERYTIME I come in to this location, staff greets me with a big smile and a wave. Let me name drop some of the many employees who stand out to me. There is an employee by the name of James that works at this location. He’s such a great employee who is always very helpful and friendly. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for years and I’m so impressed with his incredible customer service. Another employee that stands out to me is miguel. He is always very friendly and outgoing. They both deserve a raise!!! But all in all this Salvation Army is amazing. All staff is so sweet and the store is always kept incredibly clean. By far my favorite Salvation Army in the area!!!”
10AM - 6PM
7200 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville“Clean store and very well organized. The clothes they sell are in good to new condition. Unlike other thrift stores that want to sell you clothes that look as though they could be used as rags to clean your car. I appreciate how the clothes are organized by size and color. They have great deals and offer seniors, military and other discounts throughout the week.”
“The staff is always friendly and helpful here. This is one of my favorite Goodwill locations because it's always clean and well organized. They do not carry a lot of furniture, but when they do have some there, the prices are always really good for what you are getting.”
“I am a regular there. I love that store, I love the friendly staff but everytime I go there I tell myself just go in get what your looking for and go but that almost never happens I always find great stuff. Absolutely ? my favorite place.”
“What do people expect when they go to a drive thru DONATION CENTER? Then they give it a bad review because they cannot shop there. Well my experience was great. The attendant was helpful and engaging.”
“It gives me @vvatl Value Village vibes, an old Atlanta GA favorite. They have a wide variety, great deals, and I often find things I haven’t seen anywhere else. I found some great items for Stephen here, a few for myself, and even something for Isabel. There were two levels for discounts—50% off and 30% off of two colors that day.
The following day was Labor Day, when I figured most stuff would be closed, but they were having a sale. I’m a bit bummed I missed it, but 7am is a bit early for me most days to be out and about. Everything in the entire store was 50% off. I’m not sure how often they do this, but it’s definitely worth checking out on any day, but especially a big discount day like this.”
“LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!! Literally something for EVERYONE in the family! Literally everyone!!!! Always new merch to check out and can’t beat his prices! Again- LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!”

9119 Merrill Rd Ste 55, Jacksonville“Everyone working at this Salvation Army is friendly, helpful, recognizes you when you come in the door and makes you feel right at home and welcome. Totally enjoy going here to relax and find treasures.”
“This place only has used items like appliances and furniture, they do have some new tile and laminated with flooring that's never been used for a very reasonable price”
“This place is well organized. Clothing is arranged by color. Items on shelves are placed neatly where you can see what's available without having to move things around. I bought a blouse. It smelled like it had been freshly washed.
The staff was friendly.”
“My case worker is doing a great job along with the other staff in helping me find housing. The other staff from the kitchen to maintence are professional in there job , great place to be while transitioning to housing.”
10AM - 5PM
9742-1 Old St Augustine Rd, Jacksonville“This is my holy grail of thrift stores in Jax. I hate that I’m writing a review and not gatekeeping it, but the kind staff asked bicey because some people are so miserable as to leave a review, what’s more a bad one, for a thrift store tryung to do good. The staff has never bern anything but sweet and helpful to me, even helping move furniture and holding it as well! These people and this place are the best.”
10AM - 6PM
950-325 Marsh Landing Pkwy, Jacksonville“Visited here today. The customer service in the donation department is OUTSTANDING!!!! Very professional and willing to help ANYWAY they can AND....they THANK you for coming!!!!”
“Alright, buckle up because I'm about to take you on a thrifty adventure, Clemson style! We're talking about Goodwill in Jacksonville, Florida, where the deals are as plentiful as Dabo Swinney's playbook and the finds are as surprising as a trick play on a fourth down.
Walking into Goodwill, you're greeted with more colors than a Florida sunset. The place is as organized as a quarterback's playbook, and let me tell you, the staff are friendlier than a tailgate party. They've got everything from A to Z, and if you're lucky, you might just find an old Clemson jersey to show your Tiger pride!
Now, I know what you're thinking, "Is shopping at Goodwill really a touchdown?" Well, let me put it this way: finding a deal here is easier than scoring against our rivals on home turf. I found a vintage leather jacket that made me look cooler than a cucumber in a bowl of hot sauce. And the price? Let's just say it was less than a concession stand hot dog at halftime.
But it's not just about looking good, it's about feeling good too. Every purchase supports job training and education, so you're basically throwing a Hail Mary for the community every time you shop. It's like cheering for the Tigers – you just feel right doing it.
The kids' section is a treasure trove, too. I picked up a board game for family night that was missing one piece, but hey, improvising is part of the game, right? Just like when Dabo pulls out a surprise onside kick, you gotta be ready for anything.
And let's talk about the book selection – it's like the library of a retired philosophy professor who also happened to coach little league. Eclectic, educational, and entertaining, just like a post-game press conference with ol' Dabo himself.
In conclusion, Goodwill in Jacksonville is the MVP of thrift stores. It's a place where you can score big, save money, and support a great cause. So next time you're in town, drop by and tell 'em the corny dad who bleeds orange sent you. Go Tigers, and go Goodwill!

“I absolutely love Kid to Kid! I use it for all of my daughter’s clothes and dress shoes. Lots of gently used and sometimes even brand new clothing at great prices. They also have a reward program and run sales often. I can’t say enough good things about this place. So so good we have one nearby. It’s great for our family and the environment too. Highly recommend!”
