My kids loved it. They got to make their own Lego characters and overall, it was a fun experience. When we go back to Jacksonville, we will go back to this store.

I'm in my late 30s and have a lot of stress and anxiety. My friend suggested Lego as a way to relax and let me tell you he was right. I've already acquired 5 sets in less than a week. Today was the first time I visited a Lego store and I was able to acquire both of the sets I had my eye on, which were sold out online. Cooper and Luis were able to help me find exactly what I needed and were so kind. I'll be back, you can take that to the Lego Gringott's (bank) ?

Lego store is always amazing. The staff are always incredibly friendly and super happy to help with questions. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Always fun going to the Lego store. Seeing all the sets u can only see in a Lego store. Nice and clean and sets displayed well. Custom Mocs were nice also.

What a neat place! You don't even have to come in and spend a fortune to have fun. My son got 3 little Lego men for 10 bucks and was over the moon. Maybe one day we'll tackle a big set, but we will definitely be back!!

I love shopping here, and so does the rest of my family. There is great customer service and it’s never way too crowded during most times of the year unless there is a big drop. Many employees have also helped me find a specific set of figures through blind bags and also opened up an entirely new box just to help me find the right ones. Definitely worth shopping at this location.

Whether you're a seasoned Lego enthusiast or a beginner, this store has something for everyone.The Lego store also had a fantastic Pick-a-Brick wall where you could handpick individual Lego pieces, allowing for endless customization and creativity. Additionally, the Build-Your-Own-Minifigure station was a lot of fun, letting you create unique characters to take home.Overall, the Lego store provided a memorable and delightful experience for anyone who loves Lego. It's a must-visit for fans of all ages, and I can't wait to go back for more brick-building adventures!

Excellent customer service!! I have gone here a lot and the service has been exceptional, but today was stand out when I bought the Titanic that is in a huge box. They showed me where it was and even brought me a new packaged one. After I bought it I figured I would be carrying the huge box with me, but they said to drive to the store and they would load it in the car for me! So appreciated!!

Friendly Store! Very neat and organized! They had lots of fun displays and I did have an issue, but Shawn, Store Manager was very kind to address my concerns. Love this LEGO STORE for that extra mile he went to acknowledge my issue.
