We had a great experience. A pipe in the wall leaked ruining our double vanity. We were hoping to repair it as quickly as possible. Jake found us a beautiful vanity which was delivered two weeks later. He pushed the delivery to accommodate our installer. He and Katie took wonderful care of us, updating us throughout the process.

I’m currently In the market to buy a floor and backsplash for my kitchen. I decided to come here and check out what they have, when I arrived, no other customer was in the store. No one greeted us or asked what we were there for. There were 2 workers/ sales people there who just seemed to be uninterested in helping us and pretty much just stayed away from us. We decided to not do business here solely because of the customer service. I do not recommend.

Last fall (2022), I worked with one of their designer/salesmen to add kitchen cabinets. He came and measured, even took a cabinet door with him to match color. And then I never saw him again. He wouldn’t return phone calls, nothing. And no one seemed to know anything about my order but to wait.Last July, we finally went to there to pick up the door, found out that person was no longer there, they were under new management and had no idea about my cabinets. The new Designer/Manager, Debra, was such a gift that we decided to work with them one more time and she did not disappoint! She personally came out and measured! The cabinets are absolutely perfect!If you’ve had an issue with them in the past, please go back, you’ll be happy you did.

My entire home design was furnished by the The Kitchen & Flooring Design Center a few years back when I had my new home built by Ashley Homes in St Augustine, which I was extremely pleased. I decided to reach out to the Design Center this month to see if I could get the same backsplash I had in the kitchen so I could put in Laundry Room. Daynett Rodriguez was so friendly, kind and helpful. She searched her warehouses and was able to locate the same backsplash that I needed and get it shipped here in a most efficient manner. I can not say enough how great a Customer Service experience. I highly recommend "The Kitchen & Flooring Design Center for all your Kitchen, Flooring and interior Design needs. I had a repair job for a tile floor in an historic building. I was finding it impossible to find matching mosaic tiles to complete the repairs. I called and spoke with Daynett who was extremely helpful, and after some research actually found matching tiles. Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Daynett on a very complex cabinet project and she was fantastic every step of the way and her company. We had small issues as with any project but she was always quick to resolve and easy to work with. Super happy, I'll be going back to her and the Kitchen and Flooring design center for all my future needs.

The driver of the box truck that's come down 17 missing one headlight was riding my behind and I was doing 45 on 17. He had to be doing the lease 50, 55, 60, driving my behind and finally got over and went past me but still shouldn't drive like that. Honestly, their license should be provoked and should higher better drivers and not speedy. Gonzales and this is at 5:40 in the morning

Took 13 weeks for 2 standard cabinets. OK, I could see past that. Had to follow up FIVE times to get them to order the cabinets. Annoying, but OK. Then had to continually follow up when told it would be 8 weeks, annoying but OK. Then told after 13 weeks and threatening to cancel the order they were doing me a favor by ordering them. Seriously, doing me a favor after I paid for the cabinets. Go elsewhere, all I can say. P.S. I see others have had experience with "Richard", yes, the whole problem with their process in a word. I called and spoke with JC, he seemed pretty indifferent about the whole situation. I'll buy elsewhere going forward.

I stopped in at the showroom and worked with Richard to locate a tile I found online. He shared he would order me a sample and when I called him two weeks later to follow up he had no record or memory of our conversation. While I was looking up the details to share with him again, he began having a conversation with someone in the background about how he doesn't understand why customers always think things are being ordered and implied it was my fault. This unprofessional behavior is concerning, especially if you are trusting them with a higher dollar project than mine... Just something to consider when choosing who to work with for your project needs.

The company that built my home used cabinets from the business. I recently had to replace a 2 year old kitchen drawer that broke at the joint after daily use (think silverware drawer). The product appeared to be wood product (I.e. pressed wood l not solid wood). I had to call a couple of times to get through. Their phone tree can be misleading. The first time I called I left a message during business hours and did not get a call back until later after I had called a second time. The best way to get any traction is to call the operator (option 0 or stay on the line). Amanda was super helpful. After some research we were able to get the right drawer for a replacement for a reasonable fee but there is a 3-4 week wait. However, I still have a problem having to replace a drawer after two years.

Please find someone else and DO NOT USE THIS THE KITCHEN AND FLORRING DESIGN CENTER IN JACKSONVILLE. I see comments with 1 star from 2017. Well they have dipped below that. I have been dealing with this company since October 2019 and still do not have a completed cabinet in my kitchen as of 2-1-2021. I would be writing for the next 2 hours about how incompetent they are for the ground up. But I will provide a reader's digest version. June 2020- I ordered a floor to ceiling storage cabinet and coffee bar to be placed on an empty wall in my kitchen and asked for a complete cabinet structure, cabinets to match my existing kitchen, counter top and backsplash. #1 - The cabinets were ordered wrong based on the drawing I approved. Oct 2020- The first guy came out (subcontractor) and installed what we could. #2 - the correct cabinets were ordered with a 6-8 weeks reorder time. Dec 2020- #3 - Two weeks after the partial cabinets were installed, the counter top came and was installed. I called to see when the backsplash was going to be installed and was told it had not been ordered. I selected the backsplash 4 different times between Oct -Dec 2020 and approved the cost. Jan 2021- 2nd subcontractor came and installed more cabinets but due to the fact that Lisa can not choose to listen, the cabinets did not as the drawings I have originally approved. On top of that he could not even speak English, which was ridiculous. Feb 2021 - I am still waiting for them to finish the crown molding and filler on the modified version of my cabinet because again, Lisa ordered the wrong crown molding.
