This place is now called 5 spot oil lube. It's horrible. I got the 39.00 oil change brought in a 12.00 coupon at the end of the oil change I was presented with a bill of 79.00. When questioned on why my bill was 79.00 and not 27.00 i was told that it was due to the extra oil. My dodge journey holds 4.5quarts of oil the deal comes with 4 quarts of oil. .5 quarts of oil cost an extra 40.00. This place is a RIP off. Do not go here.

The guys who changed my oil today were great! They gave lots of good information and weren't pushy at all. Told me what I needed to do now and what could wait until next payday. And it was super quick too!

Havoline Xpress Lube was clean, fast, and professional. They explained everything they were doing without pressuring me into additional services. The staff was very friendly and the entire experience was incredibly smooth. It was a pain free car maintenance experience. How often do you get to say that phrase?

I have used these folks for awhile now & receive excellent service! They may be a bit more expensive because it's Valvoline, not because they rip you off! They offer coupons & discounts to me everytime I visit. I know things are done correctly & I get great service for a reasonable price.

They are such a rip-off!!. I ended up paying twice what I would have paid at the Honda dealership & they claim they even gave me a $10 discount. DO NOT visit any of their locations especially if you're using synthetic oil. Just take your car to the dealer or purchase your own synthetic oil & have a reputable mechanic change it for you. You've been warned!!

5-20-13 Do NOT go to these con artists. This is the one on 1204 University Blvd. in Jacksonville, FL. I took my girlfriend's suv in for a basic oil change. As soon as I pulled up, I told them I do not want any additional services or an 'upgraded' oil change. I had a coupon for $17.99. When they got done with the oil change, I was waiting for the con and sure enough it came. The guy that rang me up began pushing his suggested services. "Your antifreeze looks funny, so I would get it flushed. Also your gears need lubricating." Listen - these guys will lie to get you to buy extra items. They are taught to do this. Nothing is wrong with my antifreeze or the gears. I'm not one to fall for this, but I am sure they prey on ladies or other people that don't know any better. I told him no thanks to all of the 'needed' services. I just wanted a basic oil change. They really get an attitude when you turn down their services, too. He tried to be nice and complimented me on my shirt. Was that supposed to change my mind and get me to buy the extra services? Seriously. You are better off going to the car dealer for the oil change. They won't lie and try to sell you things you don't need. Their prices are even cheaper than this place. This is the last time I will go to this business. On my previous visit to this location, they pulled out my cabin air filter to show me it was dirty and full of leaves. That's fine, but they charge $49.99 for this filter that I got online later for $10. After I told them I didn't want a new cabin air filter, they put the filter back in the car with all the leaves still on the filter! Really, you couldn't turn over the filter and let the leaves fall into a waste can? I hope the guy that left the positive review of this place was paid well for his post. 5-20-13

I have been using them for the past 10 oil changes and I have received great service from them. Ralph has been very friendly and willing to work with me on the price of some maintenance items that needed to be replaced. Sure they try selling you everything under the sun but they all do this. I let them fix the items that need fixing when they need it and they have given me better than standard repair shop prices. They have earned my loyalty and I will keep returning to them as long as they keep doing me right. Don't let the other reviews scare you away, its important you talk price before any work gets done and that goes for anything. Loose bolts, missing bolts, .. it really could happen anywhere and it has happened to me from other location as well.

Customer service was very bad. They forgot to put back the bolts they removed Where they needed to access to the oil filter. They put some bolts back and said, Its been three months since your last oil change. Would you like your oil change, After saying no, they said your car is ready. You would think my time and gas would be worth something. They could have replace my oil when the car was over the racks in the same amount of time it took to find some bolts. I wasnt going to ask them to replace the oil for free, I was hoping they would offer that. Poor customer service.
