I can’t believe I didn’t find this shop sooner. I just purchased my first Porsche and like most I want to refrain from the high dealer repair tickets. When I brought my cayenne in the shop guys helped answer some questions I had which was great but they made me feel super comfortable and not like they were trying to sell me repairs which was awesome. The thing that stood out the most for me was the vast amount of knowledge Seth the owner has for Porsche and how easily he was willing to share it. Not only did he come on a 15 minute drive with me to make sure he understood what was going on with my vehicle but he educated me the entire way. I had been to the dealer multiple times to correct this issue and Seth corrected it the first time he worked on it. If you have a Porsche or any other high end vehicle I highly suggest taking it to technical dimensions.

This is strictly for SETH! What a gem of a guy. I am recently in process of purchasing a used Cayenne Turbo. Based on vehicle history provided and reading about him on forum I thought to give him a call about second opinion. Not the only he gave me background on the car but he also share his knowledge overall and gave his inputs in choosing right year and mileage. His input was very helpful upfront in making right decision for me. I would never second thought if I have to go for any of my Porche’s PPI or future services (hope I find one for myself soon). I was delighted to speak to someone so humble and helpful to a stranger and giving his time. Thanks much Seth. I wish you the best and hopefully someday meet you in person :)Best,Vish

Let me start by saying this, if I could give 6 stars I would. Seth and his team at Technical Dimensions could not have been more professional. I have an Audi 2016 Q5 that I bought new and have not had a minutes trouble with it. Car had 52k miles on it and had been serviced as recommended. My "add oil" light came on back in early May, so I added a quart. I drove if roughly 100 miles and it came back on, saying to put another quart in it - which I did. After adding the 2nd quart - I was getting close to my next oil change interval, so I had the oil changed thinking that maybe I had a filter leaking. After changing the oil, I drove it another 100 miles and the light came back on. I knew then I had some type of issue internally. I took it to the Audi dealership in Orange Park, Florida where they kept it for a day and told me that they could not find a leak but that must be the issue and I could either have the engine rebuilt for $20K or put a new engine in for $15k. They also recommended that I pay for an oil consumption test (another $600) just to make sure. I of course was frustrated that I had a 7-year-old car with 52k miles and was being told that I needed a new engine. I took it to Technical Dimensions for a 2nd opinion and after having it in the shop for one day, Seth called me to say that they were still doing some tests but that he was confident that I was not in need of a new engine. He kept it for a 2nd day to finish running his tests and called me with the results. A BAD SENSOR. Let me repeat, A BAD SENSOR. I went from putting a new engine in the car to replacing a sensor for $220.00. I did have him change out the fuel pump, the Oil Seperator and change the spark plugs and a few other minor things while we had it in the shop, so my total bill was $3200.00. So, I went from $15,000 to $3200.00. They had the car back to me the next day and I have not had an issue since the repair work was done. I could not have been more appreciative of their honesty and workmanship. I have since sent them another customer that is a work colleague and will continue to do so. Seth and his team have a lifelong customer. Thanks to them again for all the help.

Great place! They are an honest shop and I will take my Audi S7 to them for anything that it needs. Better than the local Audi dealerships!

It’s not often you into a shop and walk out feeling you got more than you paid for. They exceeded all expectations. Their knowledge and customer service are second to none.

My family and I have been getting work done for many of years on our cars at this location. Unfortunately the honesty and workmanship have dropped tremendously over the years with Seth and the rest of his employees. Don't get caught up in his lies and smooth talk.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Really dont have the time or words to describe Seth and his team at Technical Dimensions. I will say it's a rarity to run across a team that's all about the customer.... Every time I go to his establishment I learn something new about my Porsche 911 Cab and I always tell Seth how much I enjoy conversating with him and that theres no way you can put a price on knowledge and that you get what you pay for.... Know one touches the car but Technical Dimension. Thanks for Being Honest Seth..... P.s. Meeting good people like Seth gives me hope that there are still good people left on this planet. Much propts to you my Brother....Dion.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Seth does a great job. Takes his time to explain anything you don't understand, is fairly priced, and doesn't try to sell you anything that's not needed.

Overpriced oil change by 200%. Took the car home and it leaked from the new oil drain plug, which I provided. Another Porsche mechanic fixed the oil leak. You pay top dollar and get poor service. Taking my Porsche to Gainesville shop where they care about quality work at fair prices.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys were awesome! In the middle of a cross country road trip (a day before we planned our servicing for our car), the light comes on notifying us that we're almost out of oil. I called them, 45 min before closing time, and they squeezed us into an extremely packed schedule to help top us off on oil. They were very knowledgeable, knowing exactly what was needed off the top of their heads (our Audi Q7 required a specific type of oil, which I had seen online but he knew it from memory). Took care of us without about 15 min and let us go free of charge. Can't express what a life saver this was as we were on our way to Atlanta and running out on the way after everyone else was closed would've been awful.Highly recommend - professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The best kind of business to work with!Service: Oil change
