The bathrooms were disgusting. Looked like they hadn't been flushed, let alone cleaned IN DAYS! The baskets were filthy. I didn't even want to pick one up to wipe down. It was just gross. If I hadn't been traveling and desperate for what I needed, I would have walked out!

Not a single register open, only self-checkout. The line goes back into the women’s section. Dozens of employees but no one seems to care.. well damn.

Well santa just get scammed in this store they don't accept returns for an violent video games for a 9 year old kid, Jan 4 Thursday 2:40 pm I hope someone check the cameras the guy at the customer service act like he want to fight me, he said I could made a copy from that game, he said F... You at the end, now shoplifters can in and out and nothing happens, but a 9 year old kid weekly customer and neighbor must to be scammed

I called ahead to make sure an item was in stock before placing a pickup order. The associate told me they had 3 even though online said they only had 1. I asked her to please go check to make sure they actually had them on the floor and after a long hold she came back on and said they did have 3 on the floor. Given that I received an email saying my order was canceled because the item was out of stock, I'm fairly certain the associate never actually checked as asked. The whole purpose of calling ahead was to avoid this exact issue and when I called back another associate told me their system showed only 1 in stock like online but none were on the floor when he checked. Beyond annoyed.

Left a bag at the store, simply tried calling to let them know so it could be set aside. Called over and over again, pressed all the different options. At one point someone picked up and hung up. Kept trying, no answer. A billion dollar corporations and yall can't bother to ANSWER THE PHONE!

I had order some stuff for curb side pick and after waiting 25 mins they still haven’t came out with my order but other customers were getting theirs. And to top it off I had to go in to get my order to find out my order was marked picked up when it was never picked up, and I never gave them my code so how could my order have been picked up. Also it may have been that one of their employees with the vans shoes and sagging his pants was too busy talking on the phone while delivering other customers orders. The only reason why this is getting a 3 star is that a young lady dropped what she was doing to help me find my order.

It is always lovely and clean when I come here to shop! The prices aren't always the cheapest, and the lines can be a bit long, so usually, we're only here for specific items. But I always enjoy my shopping experience when I come.

Just another target location! This one was actually a bit dirtier than the one by my house. But it is an ok location.Starbucks inside, dirty bathrooms, and some dirty isles, and some things thrown on the ground.Lots of parking. Good variety of items. We came today, a Monday around 4:45 pm. Lines were long, even the self-checkout ones.Value is usually good, depending on what you are looking for. I didn’t interact with any of the staff today! Not many were seen around the store. 2 check out lines open, all self-checkout lines were open!

I literally was just racially profiled in this store! I went in with my son to do some shopping and sent him to the dressing room to try on some pants. The fitting room attendant Shayla asked us how many items were we trying on. When the white lady walked up with 5-6 items she told her go right in to any unlocked room she didn’t even look at her for real. So I asked Shayla why didn’t she ask her how many items she had. Shayla basically ignored me and played dumb so ask for a manager. When her manager came Christina or Christa she basically made and excuse for Shayla saying that 2 customers made it very busy for Shayla that she would miss treating people equally. I told Christa that your a manager this is wrong you treat EVERYONE EQUALLY! She was very rude and act like it was a problem for me telling her like I was bothering her!! I called the corporate office and I will be posting the audio on my social media page. You will treat people equally or you will be exposed!!

Always enjoy shipping at Target. Prices tend to be higher, but we enjoy some of the Target store brand groceries. Plus it's always nicer and cleaner than any walmart.

Honestly, I try not to come to this Target. They have everything that you typically need, but it's a very busy location within the St. John town center and it can be a struggle to get in and out of the area as well as to find good parking. I am reviewing mostly based on a recent experience. I typically like to place my orders ahead of time for pick-up, however when I did this earlier in the week, I arrived at the store just to be told that their pick up system was down. I was confused as to why I got the email stating my order was ready, even though I was unable to pick it up. You would think that the cashier could just manually check me out since they already picked the items for the order and had it sitting in the back... but for some reason they were unable to give me the items ordered. I was asked to come back the next day, or I had the option to cancel the order and pick out everything again myself from around the store. I guess not a big deal, but I was just annoyed with having used the time and gas to get there and coming home with nothing! It was so many items I opted not to pick them out myself. This is where things take a turn for the better, though. I spoke with a customer service agent named Aden who happily added a $10 discount to my order for the trouble. That was a nice gesture and was appreciated! I came back the next day and although I did have to wait around 15 minutes to pickup the order I received all of my items. Better experiences at other Jacksonville Target stores, but if you need to stop at this one, it will do. Just be ready for a crowd -- especially around the holidays!
