Excellent service, the guys were very respectful , kind and extremely helpful. My battery died while I was getting my oil changed and they helped me by jumper cables so I could go get one. They even adviced where to go get a new one! I highly recommend this location to get your service!

These guys are awesome. I take my work vehicle and my personal vehicle here. To this particular take 5. They’re so fast, and very knowledgeable. The best take 5 crew I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. The best take 5 in Jacksonville.

These people are very nice and I was very pleased with the speed, the friendliness and the professionalism of the service. I believe they do a great job and I would recommend them. They always try to show you another product that you might need but most of the time I do need that product and I am glad they reminded me.

They may advertise they close at 5 on Sunday, but they close up way earlier than that. Pulled in at 4:40pm and it was closed up. Don’t they advertise it only takes 10 minutes?

Everyone in the shop was professional, precise and on point. No trying to upsell me on blinker fluid just helping me get my oil changed and doing a dang good job at it. And when I do need a coolant flush I'm coming back for sure.

Nothing short of AMAZING! My service guy (Keith I think?) was so pleasant and kind! He explained everything that he was doing, showed me some filters that needed changing and why. Then he brought out the brand new products to me, showed me the differences and I watched him place them in. I never felt like they were selling anything to me that I didn’t 100% need which is a huge plus! They topped off fluids I needed, checked the air in my tires, replaced some valve caps I had missing and even helped me with some random questions I had all for free. Such a great experience since all I’ve ever had to compare it to was the dealership I bought my car from. Overall 12/10 would recommend! I’m never not going to them for my oil changes!

Well, it was my first time with Take 5.
They are super professional, i dint have get down from my car. The work dint take more than 15 minutes all while i was sitting inside enjoying my AC.
The prices are a little high when compared to other places but i guess the quality matters!
