Guys were courteous and very respectful. I give it a 3 start because there was 4 technicians, and I literally wait 30 mins once my vehicle was drained, and it seems to move very slowly

My last oil change there was my LAST oil change there. Approximately a month after they did a synthetic oil change on my Toyota, I was on a road trip and had multiple warning lights on my dash turn on as I was passing through Columbia, SC. So I found an auto parts place that hooked their computer reader to my car, and they advised me not to risk driving any farther. It was a Sunday, but I felt lucky that there was a Toyota dealership and a safe hotel at that particular exit, and was at the dealership at opening time Monday morning. The Toyota dealer in Columbia diagnosed timing issues, caused by Take 5 using a defective filter. So when I got back to Jacksonville I went to Take 5 and talked with the Assistant Manager, Tyler, and asked for reimbursement of the expense I incurred for the fresh oil change and hotel bill. After 2 1/2 weeks of not hearing anything, I called and got their customer complaint department. Another week and a half passed, and I just received a phone call from someone at a company named Fleet Management, saying that they were denying my "claim" because the car had over 1500 miles on it since the oil change. Although this is only about 15% of what you should expect out of full synthetic oil, the number of miles on the OIL wasn't the issue that caused the malfunction. The issue was the defective filter!!! I gave them TWO opportunities to do the right thing and reimburse the expenses caused by them using a defective product - first by addressing the situation with the Assistant Manager, and again with their customer complaint department, and they chose to lose a customer rather than take responsibility for their inferior product. It seems like there are oil change places every few yards in our area, and hope you will consider their lack of accountability when you are choosing who to have service your car. It's just not worth the risk.
UPDATE - DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE BUSINESS'S FAKE RESPONSE!! IT'S AUTOMATED!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!

Technicians and service was exceptional. I left a 2 star review because the payment processing system will not allow customers to leave tips. No one carries cash these days and the hard working young men deserve to be able to receive tips.
Please fix this and reward the blue collar workers of America.
