Now that I am out of the loan for this miserable company I can finally leave a review. They will charge you late fees & never contact you. I had my account set to auto pay where 1 payment was refunded. I saw the money come out but never paid attention when the money returned. I also saw my car payment get taken out every month after that. No one ever emailed me or called. I never received any letters in the mail... When spoke to management the only thing he could say was "we did contact you. You are responsible." He couldn't provide any documented proof. There were 2 years of late fees they refused to waive due to their own negligence. I will never bank with them again.

This company scams their customers. A totaled car and mind you they demanded we make a final payment. After knowing the car was fully totaled. What they did was completely illegal : go elsewhere

Unbelievably terrible company. Use anyone else. I logged on to increase my monthly auto pay amount to a nice round number and also pay a little extra each month to pay off this loan a little faster. $50 a month, nothing crazy, shouldn't be that big of a deal. After trying online for an hour without success I called. The lady I spoke with was nice but when I asked her to walk me through how to do this she couldn't. She told me that I nor she nor anyone was allowed to increase their auto payments. Only thing I could do was log in each month and make an additional payment! I asked if she was joking. She was not. Will never use this bank, company again and will be sure to do my best to steer anyone and everyone I know away from using them.

One star is too much for this abysmal excuse for a company. Their customer service is basically absent, speaking to a "supervisor" is equal to banging your head against a wall. DO NOT RECCOMEND. I WILL NEVER EVER FINANCE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS POS COMPANY AGAIN.

I literally got a repossession due to their poor customer service. My car was involved in an automobile accident and was at the wreck lot. They went and repossessed my car from there. The vehicle is literally under investigation and was waiting to be seen by the claims adjuster from the other parties insurance company. They moved the car and hit me with a repo. Not to mention my account is in good standing. Never missed one payment ever in the entire 3 years I’ve had the vehicle. Now I’m having to figure out how I’m going to get this resolved being they won’t make any exceptions. Wish i had read reviews before I took the loan.

Horrible finance company. You’re better off not having a car LITERALLY before financing through them. now they are about to pay triple and a hard time finding a vehicle all because they mishandled my insurance check to get my damn wheels and tires, almost 2 months ago

If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 stars, I WOULD! They are hands down the worst company I have ever ever ever dealt with! They guaranteed a ROL within 7-10 days! Still no ROL…. They are the worst! Run far far far away from this “shot” hole of a company!!!

I’m waiting for my title more than 5 months!!!!!My car registration is expired. I can’t drive the car, I can’t hold nobody from td auto, and just because this company I lost my job because I can’t drive the vehicle and still don’t know what to do?? I try anything fax ,email, phone maybe someone can help me. I have a baby at home and I don’t know what to do.

The stupidest customer service on the planet. Our car is about to be unregistered due to their incompetence FOR THE LAST YEAR! They are illegally ignoring a request from our state for the title.

Sending this review because of the same issues with the title release. I been in Florida now for over 4 months, still no title release from TD Auto Finance. They keep telling me its because of the State of Colorado. Colorado DMV told me they sent the title out October 10th. After many calls to TD, they told me they would escalate this issue and send out a request for another title. I have called the Colorado DMV and have been told the last few times, they have not received a request from TD Auto Finance. The latest call to TD, I was told they contacted the DMV, gave me a name of a person at the DMV they talked to but Colorado cant verify that but yet they (Colorado DMV) told me that the paper title they had sent out to TD was returned as un- deliverable address! How can you send out a wrong address TD? I have since paid off the truck because one of the agents at TD Auto Finance told me that would be the fastest way to get the title! Wrong! According to one of many managers I have talked to, I still have to wait for Colorado! TD Auto Finance has the electronic title but yet refuses to print the title to send to Florida Tax Collectors office! I have called many times, one day its one thing, the next day is something different the next time, its something that counters what the previous agent had said 4 days earlier! Do I need to get a lawyer? Contact the Attorney Generals office?! Top this all off, I been told that the title department works only Tuesdays and Thursdays! Get you act together TD Auto Finance! The truck is paid off! Get me my title!!
