Every time I come, with an appointment, I’m waiting for long periods of time. I like the service and staff, but they do not value their customer’s time. I will probably find another nail salon.

I walk in to tell them I want my nails removed..they say oh we are busy and sent me out the door. I understand you are busy and I was willing to wait.. 2nd bad experience..I came in took a seat and waited about 30 minutes, as soon as it was my turn another customer obviously a loyal one walks in the door and is ushered to a seat. The nail tech knew it was wrong but had the nerve to say wait a little longer..I got up and left. Word to the Wise make an appt.

What a wonderful experience. The deluxe pedicure was so relaxing and made me feel so pampered. My nail design was expertly rendered and came out looking gorgeous. These ladies are nothing short of magical.

the nails i got were bulky and the worker kept drilling my skin and pulling my hand i dont recommend and there was cockroaches in the bathroom

Best nail salon in Jax! So glad I found this place. I’ve been to other places and was met with disappointment. They have great prices and they really understand how to shape nails and do nice designs. & Their pedicures are the BEST! Highly recommended. I moved away from this location but still drive back to this side of town for my nails.Services: French manicures

I go here often for mani/pedi. The people are super friendly, sweet, and funny. A friend of mine usually goes with me. My friend likes to make jokes while I am having my feet done. They make jokes right back at my friend. I love it! There's one guy that works there, the rest are women. They always treat us with such kindness when we go. I love to get the Super Pedicure, it's worth the price. For my nails, I usually get a fill-in for my gel nails. They do all kinds of services like facials, and eyebrows also. I have never tried either. However, I am definitely considering a facial. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. They are located in a little shopping plaza, and are across the parking lot from Wal-Mart. There are also other shops over by Wal-Mart. It's a good location, with great service!

it took me forever to find a nail place near me and this one is definitely the best i’ve found ! my full set and pedis are always top tier & last 3-4 weeks!
