i was trying to gey a written statement and they denieed to do it because it wil take them to do research and it will be a long time. bank was empty and they were not doing anything at all .

There were two tellers. The new teller was unenthusiastic during my initial transaction through the drive through. After coming inside for a second transaction, the same teller just stared at me as I got my credentials ready. I had to greet her first. The second teller was not knowledgeable and didn’t answer my question after seeing the new teller couldn’t. The second teller is always dry and judgmental when I visit this branch. It took me asking the manager questions to get good service. Bring back the teller who greeted me by my last name before presenting my ID.

Black lady at drive through window is extremely RUDE. If you don’t like your job QUIT don’t take it out on others.

We visited Synovus Bank recently and opened 2 accounts with Mary Waters. We could not be more pleased with the friendly and welcoming service we received. We were looking for a friendly bank to do business with and I think we found it in Synovus. Thank you Mary!
