The team at Sunland Acres is absolutely wonderful! My dog doesn't go with anyone and they made him feel so comfortable from the first time I took him. He loves going there and I know he is well taken care of. They also have a long run for bigger dogs which I love. I travel quite a distance to take my dog there and it's the only place I take him.

We had to find a new place to board Duke. We found Sunland Acres online. The pictures online made it look very appealing. My husband called them to get more information. They invited us for a visit and a tour of the facility. They offered a free day of daycare so that Duke could get to know them and they could get to know Duke. We have taken Duke two more times since then and he always has a good time. We can see that he had a good time because he tries to go back through the door leading to the kennels when we pick him up.

I board my special needs kitty here and they are truly amazing. Very accommodating, treat my kitty with kindness and even send updates and pictures. I am so grateful to all of the staff for how nice they are and making me feel so comfortable to leave my pet. Thank you!!!

Our dogs love coming to Sunland Acres. They've been to other boarding facilities and were clearly not happy with their time there. When we have taken them to Sunland Acres, they get out happily to go inside. During their stay, the staff sends photos of our dogs, and they're always smiling and looking content. They also offer bathing services so our dogs always come home smelling and looking fresh! I highly recommend bringing your dogs here.

Absolutely love Sunland and I am very particular where I put my 90lb Tego spoiled 4 time rescue baby! Most places would not take him, because of his size and breed which is a shame because he is just a complete love bug that has been raised with 6 jack Russell’s and loves them as if they were his own! Sunland is so clean and he loves going there and I trust them completely and that says a lot believe you me! Give them a tour give them a chance you will not be disappointed!

I have been boarding my dogs (from puppy hood to adulthood) here for several years now and every time it has been a joy. I love the independent dog runs and the attention they give the animals. My big guy Atlas always has the biggest dog smiles when he is there and my tiny chihuahuas enjoy their stay as well. They are very diligent when it comes to the food/med accommodations we have for our dogs and we love the pics and updates they provide as well. The name may be Sunland Acres but they sure provide alot of SUNSHINE as well. Thanks for all you do.

Do not send your pet here! I brought my cat here for a few days and he came back with fleas! It cost me hundreds of dollars in medication and home cleaners to try and get rid of them. It has been over a month and he still has them. Nothing has worked and I tired everything! They should check animals for fleas prior to accepting them to board.

We are new to the area and needed to board our dogs and cat for a week. After doing extensive research, we decided to board our animals here; I am so glad we chose this place.We took the dogs a couple days before our trip for a meet and greet and they didn’t seem to mind checking the runs out that they would be in. The day we got there they walked in eager to be there and were happy.The staff were all very nice and professional and I could tell they loved the animals. I can tell my animals were taken well care of as one of my dogs is known to hold grudges when we leave her, however this time, she wasn’t mad at us at all.We will continue to board our animals here.

One of the best things that has ever been mentioned to me. I was introduced to some Land by a fruit cove native; they are wonderful. One of the best boarding facilities that I have seen in Jacksonville. Highly recommend will be going back as long as we are in jax

The Sunland Acres team truly takes care and loves your fur baby as if it were theirs! We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Every time we take our Kiki girl there she leaves so happy and even prettier than before. We appreciate their attentiveness to her needs while she stays for boarding and their talents for getting her groomed and bathed! If you are looking for a family oriented, loving and knowledgeable place to board or groom your pet—this is the place to go! Thanks for all you do!

Everybody that works at Sunland acres is amazing! They give my medium goldendoodle the best full groom he has ever had! They also give me a roundabouts time on when they will be done and they have never let me down. We absolutely love it here!
