Bought 4 new tires had a rotation and alignment. Drive off the lot and the car is loud and shaky. Bring it back a week later and they tell me the problem is that the tires were “way out of balance”. They balanced them a week ago… They assured me no noise and smooth ride after they “rebalanced”, they test drove it and everything. If anything the shaking was worse when driving. Took it to another Mavis. Their manager brought me back and had me feel two of the tires. Clear as day there was a lump in them. Two tires sold had manufacturing flaws and were replaced under warranty. Either this store doesn’t care enough to check or they are incompetent and don’t know what to check for.

Sunny is the man! Very knowledgeable, very to the point. Not trying to sell a bunch of junk i don’t need, just right to the issue of what’s going on. This is the place to go if you’re having car troubles.

Came into this location with a nail in my tire. Mark was amazing, he quickly greeted us and took care of my tire problem in the span of ten minutes. He did it with a smile, great attitude and amazing service. We will definitely come back with any future car issues! - Ava and Ruple

Such an amazing experience!! I came in the morning after I had my tire popped and as a college student with classes, they were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes!! Such a nice and welcoming staff!!

Saw I had a flat tire this morning, then I called Mavis and got me in first thing in the morning and fixed it in 15 minutes. Great place and takes great care of you!
