Words cannot express my appreciation for the people who work at this Mavis location! Robbie, Neftali and Victor went above and beyond to make sure I went home with my car on a Sunday before a holiday! It was a day to remember when my tire blew out so I had to have it towed in late afternoon a little after 4pm. Not only did 2 tires need replacing, but there was issue after issue. They could have send me home and I wouldn’t have had my car until that Tuesday but they worked later than closing and extra hard to make sure I wouldn’t have to go without a car. They absolutely made an impossible situation for me a lot less impossible. I will be returning to this location for all of my car needs! I recommend them to the fullest. If you want people you can trust that will make sure you are safe in your vehicle and will work hard to get your vehicle fixed, this is where you need to be! I cannot thank them enough!

I visited this location several days ago, and I’ll definitely be back! Everyone from the manager to the service techs were great to deal with! They were able to get my vehicle in, even though I did not have an appointment, and they kept me informed at all times. This location was exceptionally clean, especially the customer waiting area and restrooms.

I had an outstanding experience at the Mavis store, all thanks to Nicholas Jackson! From the moment I walked in, Nicholas was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. I came in for a routine oil change, but Nicholas took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and informed me about a few other crucial services that needed attention, including tire rotation and brake maintenance.
What truly impressed me was how he explained everything in detail without any pressure, making sure I understood the importance of each service. The work was done efficiently, and my car feels better than ever. The customer service I received from Nicholas was top-notch—he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work.
I'm so pleased with the service that I've already referred my friends and family to Nicholas at Mavis. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your vehicle and your experience, Nicholas Jackson is the person to see!
