Customer service at the 103rd St location is appalling! Al was completely disgusting as a customer service representative of this business and should be fired for his inability to have an adult conversation about a vehicle being serviced there. As a professional in the hospitality industry, I am HORRIFIED at his lack of human decency to represent this company and will spread the word to everyone I know. I am not looking for a ‘freebie’, just looking for good business representatives. Sun Tire will be doing themselves a great service by getting rid of people who treat their customers like garbage (Al). Good riddance to you all, my business goes elsewhere!!!

Went to the sun tire on park avenue today my daughters car had a nail in it and was told that it would be about 22.00 to fix it I left and went to Tire Kingdom on Fleming Island and they did it for free. I will never buy from sun tire again. I will go to tire kingdom from now on to buy my tires. And will let everyone I know that is not a threat it's a fact

THIS IS A WAREHOUSE, NOT A SUN TIRE LOCATION!!! Google said this was the closest location, so I drove there on a flat tire only to find out its not a real Sun Tire location. There wasn't even anyone there! I was too far away from any real location at that point, so I was stranded. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Friendly staff and 1 hour unloading zone.
Only problem is the freaking parking either go blind and take chances or good luck turning around at the dead end.
No parking outside either.
Places like this should close down or should be restricted from bringing in a 53 footer
