All staff were so helpful and friendly - Michael, Sherman, and Ed provided wonderful moving services, and Logan W. was our amazing rep who made sure everything went smoothly leading up to the moving date. The movers who delivered our household goods in April were amazing.Thank you Gabriel, Sam, Fred and Chad. They were very professional and friendly. The ones who packed up for the move were horrible. They packed art work with kitchen accessories. The only person involved in this move that knew what they were doing was Susan V.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Suddath Team in Jacksonville, FL for my home move, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial contact with the sales executive Sherman Reed to the final delivery and unpacking, every aspect of the service provided was top-notch.
Sherman Reed set the tone for the entire process with his precision and thoroughness in quoting the job and following up with me until we made the decision to move forward. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable.
Amanda Tracy, who handled the operations coordination, was a standout in ensuring that every logistical detail was carefully managed. Her proactive approach and daily communication during the pre-move days and the three-day move were instrumental in making the process smooth and stress-free.
The packing team, consisting of Melissa and Andy, deserves special mention for their fantastic work. They were not only fast but also extremely careful, ensuring that not a single item was damaged during the packing and moving process.
The team of five, led by Chad and Gabriel, who handled the loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking, were exemplary in their dedication to customer satisfaction. Their warehouse staff is incompetent. Thanks for ruining tons of my things by stacking heaving things on boxes/items that aren’t supposed to hold any weight.
My treadmill is broken, my dresser was wrapped in a wet blanket and is now moldy and warped. My husband’s tool chest was moved/stored in such a way that the bolts for the wheels were bent and the frame got warped; so it’s also completely useless now.
They lost many of our items too.
Lots of boxes are missing, our vacuum and spin mop are MIA.
During our move in we had 4 boxes in the house that were not ours. Completely different name on the boxes too. So who knows who now got our stuff.
Thanks for making this move a nightmare. Now at 8 months pregnant I’m left with having to file claim after claim. When that is the last thing I need on my plate right now.

Pretty miserable military move experience from start to finish. The movers they contracted at pick up caused 3000$ worth of damage to my house. It was a nightmare to deal with them lying and making things up. Then when I arrived at my new duty station about 1000$ worth of my items were broken. Out of that they paid 30$ and offered me 200$ for a 500$ brand new chair that was now broken. This is a chair my wife NEEDS to work from home. Now we have to wait months in hopes it gets reimbursed. The worst part is I took before pictures of all my stuff and sent it to them. They said the item was like that before or it wasn’t on the shipment… like out of all my household goods I took a waffle maker with me through 3 airport security check points, across the ocean, and broke it in transit just so I could have waffles on the go? Make sure to file claims, bring it to MCO, and contact your congressman. We don’t deserve to be treated like this.

I haven’t even used them but I promise I never would.. I’ve been in my apartment for over 2 years and never heard anyone be so loud while moving at 8:30 in the morning that I have to look outside my window and see them pretty much competing on who could throw the boxes down harder.. I hope whatever is in those boxes was either bubble/paper wrapped better than anything I’ve ever seen before or stuff definitely was broken.. would trust them with my valuables rather than I can hear the boxes slamming down.. tried to call customer service instead of leaving a review but of course that’s non existent so just another reason I will never use them

Chad and Vince packed our house up for a military PCS to go overseas. Both of them were amazing - professional and thorough. They carefully packed and labeled everything and asked us if there was any doubt on what was going/how we’d like it packed. They packed and moved our whole house in 6hrs. Highly recommended both of them!

Awful. Never use them. They were contracted by the military and they treated my family terribly. They messed up our initial pick up and pack up. The trucker ran out of room on his truck (not due to us miscalculating the amount of items we had).
This caused our household goods to be split into two shipments. They went past the no later than delivery date. They wouldn’t answer my calls and refused to give me any answer on when our second shipment would arrive. It was awful. Poor customer service and poor logistics.
