It's like entering an alternate universe where good customer service exists. They are pleasant. They answer the phone quickly. They are generally on time. If something isn't on time, they will contact you before you ask. And I've twice had them do work for free, after the warranty expired, because "it's a known issue"--this includes a vehicle with 70,000 miles, and they did so without being asked--I'm not aware of any other company that would do this. It's not normal in this universe.

Bought my used 2016 Jeep Patriot from them in 2022. It’s great. Unfortunately in July 2024 my transmission went out. Warranty covered most of the cost. At the end of July I brought it in for a replacement. It’s September 12th. Haven’t seen my car yet. Although I appreciate Josh for keeping me updated via text because calling the service gets me nowhere, so I gave up on calling for updates.
First it was the inspector being out for weeks. Then it was the delay of the transmission order. Now it’s waiting on the tech. Still need to wait for it to be sent to Jeep for programming.
I’ve been out of a car for almost 2 months. Was offered a loaner car but was never followed up.

First of all let me tell you I love my car and it has been faithful and true. No major expenses. Just beware of buying a used car at this dealership. Make sure you get 2 keys to the vehicle. Make sure you understand the warranty. They tell you it is a bumper to bumper warranty but some things are not covered. Software upgrades are not covered by the warranty. When I bought mine there was only 1 key to the vehicle. I ask about it and they said they would look around but if the car only has 1 key that is what you get. I lost my key the other day and know I have to buy a set of keys. This is a major expense. Key fob and programming will cost you over $350.00 just for one key. Luckily I still have the transporter key. If you lose All Keys a locksmith will not be able to help you. I called the dealership to see if they could help me cause I like everyone else is just getting by but they have not called me back. 2 keys to a car or walk away.

I cringe if I know I have to go to a dealership. Not the experience here. The staff is amazing, Jason, Kevin, Ron & Chris and the entire staff are committed to a honest and real buyer experience. Never felt pressured like @ majority dealers where the mantra is still "if you buy now"... Respect is what it comes down to, and thanks to all @ Hanania Subaru for a truly respectful and honest business transaction.
I honor business that honors it's customers, and after 40 +years of being a customer at many dealerships throughout Florida, these guys are the real deal.... Great job Hanania group in figuring that out.
