Me and my sister came in to this location to fix some phone problems today. Normally going into a phone store is never a pleasant trip, however, Austin broke that trend! He was so kind and personable. I never write reviews but I just had to! Just a great experience all around! And my sister loves her phone! Thanks T-Mobile team!

Small mix up with swapping out a cell phone. But overall great customer service Jeanmarie was awesome. She gave us a $25 credit towards our bill for the mix up. We greatly appreciated her help and customer service. We will be back to upgrade our phones soon.

Worst Customer service I ever had. I have been a customer for 10 years and there has always been something with this company but I have never been so disappointed in an agent as a customer service representative myself I understand there is a thing out of reach but that female agent that looks about 23 light skinned need more training for sure especially if she starts to provokes customers. I’m mad due to incorrect information and I had been without a phone for about a week waiting for it to be delivered to the store and when I get there she tells me she can’t accept my phone due to damage. I'm frustrated I asked her what I needed to do to get out of this company and she say sarcastically and with an attitude I needed to pay in full for my phone, I walk away already mad due to her attitude and the situation and she continues to provoke me I walk back to her and ask her what she had said to me and she said what is up ????? up my face and we got into an argument. never coming back to this store and most importantly finishing my contract with T-mobile

Alvin from Tmobile was able to fix my situation in like less than 5 minutes and recently I went to another Tmobile and they weren't able to fix the problem. Super happy. Highly recommend him.

Without a doubt the finest staff I have ever experienced. Nicholas was extremely helpful, kind and considerate of our age, and non technical ability. Nicholas as well as James and Kalei assisted. I would like to give Melanney and the team recognition for the the amazing service. First impression means everything to me and they knocked it out the park with the excellent customer service. I came in for a new phone and was given the best deal possible. Not only did I get a phone but it came with a free smart watch and location tracker.
