We have had great experiences at SevoMed with both of our dogs. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Dietz was exceptionally thorough, and spent ample time to explain our dogs problem and the proposed treatment. I can't recommend SevoMed highly enough.

Dr. Neumann and this staff were some of the most compassionate and caring individuals I’ve ever met. I was confident in every decision made in the treatment of my dog and would 100% go back if the need were to arise.

We've been to SEVO twice with our Aussie. 2021 for Autoimmune, the outcome was terrific, she spent a week receiving care and blood transfusions and transport to First Coast ER for overnight care. Our second encounter was for Lymphoma, and treatment began that day with Chemo. Second treatment resulted in Sepsis which we were not apprised of. This resulted in a fast hour long drive to First Coast ER. SEVO recommended she be brought to thier clinic. Her condition worsened. I was not notified. I called in the afternoon at 3pm. I was instructed that she was going to need overnight care back at First Coast. I was instructed that I would need to transport as SEVO under new ownership doesn't provide the service anymore. Another fast hour trip and transport a severely ill and now dieing animal. Dr. Newman had just left on vacation and we didn't know who was in charge. The next day our beloved Aussie was critical and on life support. The hard decision was made, after I had to track down the acting physician at SEVO who was in charge, which I desperately needed to consult with. I'm extremely dissatisfied that transport to ER First Coast was no longer available and that during a crisis I had to track down the physician. It's been over a week since our little one passed and not one call, email or any communication has been received. I feel the service we received on our second encounter with SEVO was about the money. Not about care for both the animal or the Parents. We were told Quality of Life. I feel this could have been handled so much better if we were informed about the possibility of Sepsis. Our Aussie should have remained at First Coast for life saving care. We should have known who would be the acting physician to consult with and lastly, reach out to the grieving family. Since this is your patient. (Cleo) Aussie Shepherd.

A thank you is just not enough to express how grateful I am of Sevo, all staff, and Doctor Neumann. The fact you are welcomed in a way that describes a warm safe hug and everything will be okay. I hope the staff knows you are changing the lives of our pets and us as pet parents. With that support I feel you have given us the hope we need to just walk in that door. We know why we're there and we aren't alone because of you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.Dr. Neumann was nothing short but amazing. He makes sure you understand your options, gives high quality knowledge with his own views, and endless kindness and love toward your pet.I am grateful for both locations in helping me through this journey with Whiskey. So thank you again for all you do each day because you are greatly appreciated and thank you for making this journey a little bit easier for us. You are a true hero. ?

As a referring vet, SEVO has always been a tremendous help to my patients and their owners. But on a personal level, both SEVO locations helped my best friend, Jackson, through cancer in 2020 that went into remission, and again this year when he was diagnosed with a second kind of cancer. Dr. Miller was always willing to help and advise me on how to give Jackson the best quality of life with his terminal diagnosis. She is so knowledgeable and caring and exactly who you would want to help you navigate a cancer diagnosis for your pet. Sadly, Jax lost his battler on Monday. Thank you so much for all you did, Dr Miller. I appreciate it more thank you could ever know.

Our baby girl Ella was diagnosed with lymphoma on Nov. 2021. Sevo med suggested chemo therapy, after 25 treatments she went into remission. She went out of remission in Nov. 2022. We said goodbye bye to Ella on May 8, 2023. We are thankful to Sevo Med for the 1 1/2 extra years that we had Ella. All through her treatments she was a very happy girl. Always bouncing and playing until the night she started bleeding internally from her spleen rupturing. We had to euthanize Ella that night as she was in a lot of pain. Sevo med was her home away from home. Sevo med suggested 25 treatments the first round of chemo, and 18 weekly treatments the second time. We drove over an hour each way to try to keep our girl cancer free. Sevo med always made us feel that they cared, but all they care about is the money, we spent over $15,000.00 at sevo med on Ella. And we would spend a lot more to keep Ella alive and happy. When Ella passed, we have not heard a peep from Sevo Med, shame on the doctors that said they loved Ella so much. Even Ellas vet that has seen her 1 time sent a sympathy card, a door and window company sent flowers, but these doctors at Sevo Med only care about the ole mighty dollar. Not a call, or an email. No recognition at all. We have a cat that has hyperthyroidism and we will get him radiation therapy, but NOT at Sevo Med! I would rather drive 3 1/2 hours to Gainsville, FL Vet. School than to give Sevo Med another penny. Shame on you Sevo-Med!!!

Dr. Dietz was amazing with my 9 year old GSD that was experiencing unexplained weight loss and GI issues. After our primary vet jumped the gun and told us to prepare for a cancer diagnosis, I was hyper emotional going into our consult with Dr. Dietz. But Dr. Dietz sat with us and talked through everything Kaiser was experiencing and laid out the tests she recommended to see if he had one of the various things he could be suffering from. We decided to do all of the testing and it wasn’t cancer! Cannot say enough about Dr. Dietz and the entire SEVO team

The entire staff here are phenomenal. Starts with superior customer service by the amazing front desk team. Every phone call, they are so kind and polite. Calls pet parents "mom" or "dad" instead of "owner" which always makes me cringe to hear. Greets my boy when he walks in and talks to him. We have seen both Dr Neumann and Dr Deitz but mainly Dr Deitz for a couple years now for a bunch of different issues (abdominal tumor/ultrasound, heart disease/echo, and anemia/blood). My boy and I have a lot of trust and respect for Dr Deitz. She takes great care of him and keeps me filled in with all the different details of everything. It can be overwhelming sometimes to travel over an hour one-way with my Senior boy. But once we get there, I am always glad we made the trip. Dr Deitz lets me ask plenty of questions and will return my calls if I think of more things to ask once I get home. She always compliments my boy whether it be on a toy he brought, his curly hair, or his phenomenal temperament. Makes me feel like he is not just 'her next appointment', but that we matter. I've had a full blown crying breakdown once and Dr Deitz was compassionate. We have seen dozens of doctors through the years, so trust me when I say the Sevo team stands out to us due to their genuine concern and quality of information. A note on Dr Neumann who we saw once for a tumor and an ultrasound/aspirate ... he is also spectacular. Will talk to you like he's known you and your dog forever and you'll swear by the end of the consult that your kiddo must be his fave! Then you realize he is just great at what he does. I was fearful my then-13 year old couldn't handle surgery and it wasn't really optional ... Dr Neumann assured me he was healthy enough and surgery went incredibly smooth (surgery @ First Coast), after all. Thanks Sevo!

Dr. Neumann and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. My sweet shar pei has mastocytosis—and the best doctors in the world to make her feel comfortable.I’ve never had a vet take so much time to not only deeply examine my very reticent and stubborn shar pei, but also to explain both in person and in writing his observations. Dr. Neumann and his staff write incredibly detailed notes about each visit and are so kind to her that my dog, who shakes and quakes and whines and howls at the very sight of a vet’s office, stopped shaking for the first time today. The entire staff care deeply about each and every patient. They do their best to make my fearful dog comfortable. They answer every question and are so kind in doing so it’s made me cry happy tears on more than one occasion.Doggo cancer is terrifying. I am so grateful to have such a compassionate and thoughtful team behind us as we fight to help my sweet dog live the very best life she deserves.

I have very mixed feelings. My dog was diagnosed with lymphoma early this year. I opted to do the CHOPP treatment which gave the highest chances of time / quality of life. At first saw Dr Neumann who was very kind and explained everything to me - a couple weeks into the treatment, I started to notice that her weeks were not accurate. I mentioned this and it was corrected. It happened again, and I spoke to the office manager - given that I was driving nearly an hour for these visits it was very inconvenient that her scheduling was off. Dr Neumann apologized, which I appreciated. I requested Dr Haas after this, and again, I was very pleased with the detailed and follow ups she gave me in regards to my dog. It wasn’t until she fell out of remission and I decided to end treatment.. mind you we made it to the very last week - so they got their moneys worth. Once I decided to go with prednisone only, I never received another call again regarding Dixie . I waited a month to see if they would even call to check in or ask to do a quality of life exam…something…. But nope. As soon as I went the cheapest route, they didn’t care anymore. Luckily I had her vet who was amazing up until the very end. She passed away a little less than a week before Halloween. So thank you for caring for her during the time she was under your care Sevo but my recommendation would be to treat them with the same level of engagement whether I’m forking out thousands for chemo, or $20 on prednisone. Very disappointed towards the end.

We were quite impressed with Dr Dietz. She took her time to listen to our concerns with Hunter. She also answered all of my questions on the phone after results were in and I had so many questions. We got a list of diagnoses and a good start for treatment going forward. We are very glad our primary vet recommended her. Thank you so much Dr. Dietz

Dr. Deitz did a great job with our Nimbus. After initially responding well to her autoimmune disease unfortunately we had to put Nimbus down after she had gained numerous other issues along with the autoimmune issue coming. SEVO allowed us to enjoy a few additional months where Nimbus was well and active. I’m saddened by the outcome but there isn’t a doubt that is right the move. Thank you for all your support and help.
