George has gone above and beyond so many times for me with Uhaul rentals it’s mind blowing. He is super kind and helpful to make sure customers are beyond satisfied with their rentals and overall experience. I go to this location for all my Uhaul rentals and recommend you do the same!

Paid for the truck and for pads and Dolly. Truck only had a quarter of a tank no pads and no dolly and no furniture dolly. Don't use these people.

They were fantastic, outstanding customer service, the lady in the office helped with everything we needed and even added an extra day at no charge. I strongly recommend them for anyone moving.

George Solomon helped us with our U-Haul reservation which was extremely complicated (moving from Jacksonville to Hawaii with drop off in California) he took the extra time to look up multiple options for us and helped us figure out out best option. We are a military family and he was so genuine and helpful with everything and didn't get frustrated with us (even though I called probably 10 times with questions). Having the option in the future to use Solomons again we will 100%. It's nice to know there are still good people out there looking out for people going through stressful times. Thank you George you're awesome!

Rented a truck and car carrier; they suggested I leave the car carrier and get it the following day (cannot load truck with car carrier attached.) Told me they closed at 3 and the gym next door was busy around the noon hour - and thus limited parking. We settled on 2:30 - I would return for the car carrier. I did as we agreed; I arrived at 2:30 - and the office was closed. Didn't answer phone. No sign on the door; no notice on answering machine or website.. Just completely locked up leaving me high-and-dry. Really screwed things up. No trailer meant I could not leave as planned. Thankfully, U-Haul located another trailer WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR. A few days later I contacted Solomon and was told I'd get a "discount." On what? A trailer I had paid for and they didn't deliver because they left early. Then I was told I'd get a credit - and that's been several days. I wouldn't trust these persons if they told me the sun would come up. I'm pursuing this with U-Haul and will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Stay clear - there are plenty of reputable U-Haul reps in Jax!

I have recently used Solomon's and will continue to. The customer service was very good and they are friendly! My truck was ready to go when I arrived and George made arrangements around my schedule to return it. I was very happy with my experience and recommend Solomons to my friends and fam!
