I just left the store. I walked in (before) another customer, grabbed what I was coming to purchase and began walking towards the register. As I was walking to the register I passed by an employee (white male with a nose ring and gauge earrings) helping the other customer. I get to the register (no one is in line) and the employee comes to the register and asks me to move so that he can check out the other customer that came to the behind me. I’m in line first yet I’m asked to step aside to check out someone who came after me? I won’t be going back to that store.

The two employees were nice and asked if we needed any help throughout our visit. The young lady was very nice and had great advice on Kratom. The store is clean and well lit with plenty of space, they also sell some anime merchandise!Will come over here more often

Vapes don’t have flavor!! It may taste okay before you leave the store, but shortly after you’re just puffing on air!! Don’t go there, horrible customer service!!

Best smoke shop in town! Open earlier and later than any shop in town, 8am to midnight almost every night. Not to mention the staff is incredible. My number one place to come ask questions about products and have a better understanding of what you’re buying. Not to mention to largest vape selection I’ve ever seen. Sydney is absolutely amazing and answers any questions I have!

Most expensive smoke shop and there were 3 employees only the one that was helping 3 other ppl spoke. Other 2 walked right past me.Jacksonville has THE WORSE SERVICE & over 3$ for Grabba leaf is sad. Go elsewhere.

I enjoy coming to this smoke shop. They have decently priced merchandise through the store. I enjoy all the employees here. Sydney is my absolute favorite! She is the best team member they have here!Kratom, tobacco products, tobacco pipes and so much more can be found here.Ask for Sydney when you do come and she’ll take care of you
