Their inventory is absolutely TERRIBLE. The consistency just isn't there at all. When what I buy runs out it never gets replenished, you're stuck waiting months for what you want to be available. This is the closest location to my house, I have to drive all the way to either beach boulevard or Roosevelt just to get what I want because like I said.. they barely ever replenish stock in the THC-O flower when it's sold out.

The young ladies that work in this store are completely rude and act like they don't want to even be there. They're prices are double any smoke shop in the area as well.

I love this shop! I live locally and frequent here often. Lexy is my favorite store associate. I highly recommend her if you ever need help. She's very knowledgeable, has great customer service skills and always keeps the store immaculate, organized, smelling wonderfully and most of all welcoming. She's the reason why I keep coming back. Thanks for all you do Lexy, you're the best!!! ❤️??

A curl haired old guy eating food was really amazing. Helped me get some stuff as soon as i came in. Paid full price didn't ask for a discount because im not broke plus gave him a nice tip because his customer service was so great. Im making this my new vape store to go

I’ve been coming here since the shop opened And never have I had such a bad experience like today. I went in to purchase a new coil for my vape as I always do and initially the person who was working tried to help by changing the coil but ended up putting the vape back together incorrectly: i went back in to ask about the message the vape was saying because it was not working to see if she was familiar and at that point she’s like this is your vape you should know how to use it got really nasty with me and extremely heated I mean I was baffled due to her reaction. The girl was basically ready to fight. At that point I asked when one of the other workers would be in so I could come back a later day and she stated she didn’t have a manager and doesn’t track schedules. I mean by all means your not expected to know everything but it’s literally your job to tell this stuff and if u truly don’t know what you are doing say that from the get go. But getting heated in front of other customers and not being able to control your emotions is unexceptionable. Not only was it humiliating I truly felt discriminated. Who ever truly runs this shop should really care and consider their customers and have a resource and form of contact for situations as such. Needless to say the vape up the street was able to help within 3 minutes and explained how incorrectly it was put back together and that was really the issue.

While I have had some terrible experiences with smoke city's, this particular day I went into the San José location and was helped by Devin. She was wonderful knowledgeable and made it really easy to get what I needed and know that I was getting a good product. She also informed me of a rewards system I never knew about. Thank you Devin!!

The girl that works at the San Jose store is very polite and professional. She knows a lot about the products they sell. Enjoy shopping at that store.

A curly haired guy with a hat was incredibly rude. Ate his lunch while he talked rudely to me about how they dont give discounts . He needs some customer service training .

David is the bomb! ? Helped my indecisive a$$ pick out a bong, banger, and carb cap… the bong was pink and the banger looked like a slappy hand!! Love it!!! Great quality!!

It's OKAY...a little more expensive than other smoke shops and not a big selection of glass nectar collectors but it's okay for when I break one and have to go buy a new one real fast. ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️

I rarely ever post reviews as I am far too lazy and uninterested to, but I had the most pleasant experience ever with Kale and I had to write one because he really went above and beyond. His knowledge on glass and all the products at Smoke City in general was extremely impressive and made my visit so much easier.He knew exactly what he was talking about and even took the time and went as far as to educate me fully as well. He was so patient and just great.Any bad experience I may have ever had at Smoke City has been completely made up for thanks to this one visit with Kale. 5/5 on all fronts for Smoke City and this location thanks to employees such as this!

I love this location so much. The staff is so friendly and nice. Theyve always been so considerate and caring. They’re very helpful as well and make sure you get what you want and make sure that you are satisfied before leaving. I’ve been trying to order another flavor of vape that they ran out of and they’ve been keeping up with me and making sure that they get it in and what not. The staff here is awesome and caring. I don’t ever want to go to another location! I love the staff here.

Absolute abysmal business practices. No refunds & no exchanges and apparently zero customer service when THEY SELL YOU BROKEN GOODS. Purchased a vape and its was dead on arrival! Doesn't charge or work and smoke city wont so anything about it. I will spend my money else where
