A Sleep Number bed may be for you but their customer service is far below expected. Pay $500 for a new bladder and less than 1 year later it goes flat. Call customer service and they said they would replace it for another $500 and that warranty is 30 days. Car repairs, lawn mowers, and even fans have longer warranties. They wouldn't even consider a credit or proration. Did not feel like a valued customer.

Excellent customer service at 14021 Lunar Dr, River city Marketplace! Store manager Scottie Dean was no pressure, answered all my questions and allowed me to take my time and understand all the different models. Scottie did analysis to find my sleep number and emailed me data for my convenience. I have a hard time finding good customer service but Scottie and his crew are great!

I came in with my daughter as she finalized her purchase. I decided to check out the beds while I was there. Scott was kind enough to take me through the full demonstration. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about the product.
He worked with me to find my sleep number as well as showed me all the features. That’s when I decided the Sleep Number bed was for me and made the purchase.

Great service and very helpful from our salesman Jesus. Helped get a great delivery date scheduled. I will continue to shop there locally for accessories and bedding needs.

Scottie was amazing! He explained everything and showed us the science behind Sleep Number. He was super friendly and didn't make is feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I am definitely recommending Sleep Number to everyone!

My wife and needed a new bed for health reasons. Scottie was very in tune to our needs and explained the benefits of the sleep number beds. After my wife and I decided to go with the sleep number bed I went back to the store and made the sale. I upgraded the bed and was told by Scottie of additional savings. Just a total awesome experience and sales rep. Will be back for linens.

We stopped in for a better deal than online and we are glad we did. Stephanie and Scottie we friendly, professional and listened to our needs. Because it was Memorial Day sale they were able to offer an additional discount. This was our second Sleep Number bed, queen to king. Don’t waste your time or money on any other mattress. Sleep Number bed will NEVER sag and you can of course customize the firmness at any time.
