Customer service, Knowledge, low prices and of course Speedy. Maria was so helpful knowledgeable and patient. Went in numerous times stressed out worrying if I would make my project deadline. Maria and the staff including Matty, Casey, and Michelle guided me through the process. I was able to complete my mission. Team work dedication and attention to detail is what the they're all about. My project was less than 100 pages and I got the attention and support as if I were a big time client. Move over Honda Sir Speedy is leaving you in the dust. Very helpful and care about your business no matter how big or small. Thanks Team your dedicated work and customer service was invaluable

I had a time sensitive print job and Sir Speedy assured me it would be completed and it could be picked up on Friday, despite the fact that they were in the process of moving to another location. Because of the time crunch I was under I called them 3 times and no one answered. I left 3 messages and no one returned my call. Friday rolls around and no contact from Sir Speedy. I printed the job myself and it took many hours. It is a great example of poor customer service. I had been a customer for the last 3 years, but no more. I will never go back.

Look no further than Sir Speedy to get your printing needs completed. I reached out to them to make a custom-made business card, and they created it before my timeframe. Plus, it looks great! I went to the Jacksonville, Phillips location, but they have other locations, too, which are in Saint Augestine and Palatka.I worked with Alex, who was excellent at communicating with me throughout the process of designing my business cards. I met the entire team at the Phillips location, including the owner, Stephen, who are all amazing!
