Went there to buy some concrete stain, they were very helpful and got me what I needed and tinted the stain and it came out just beautiful, great bunch of people working there, I highly recommend them.

The absolute WORST customer service. Three guys standing around watching tv, literally went out of their way to NOT help me find ONE GALLON of paint. Go anywhere else!!!

As in every Sherwin Williams de Jax store they do not sell everything you are looking for and I have to go through a par of stores to get all the materials to work with.

The men at this store were very helpful. I love that we can get samples before we paint. We purchased 4 samples and once in the room, realized the colors were too dark. Samples cost money, but save in the long run. Love Sherwin Williams paints.
