Entered the store was looking around for 15 min. Full view of employees , a whopping 1 customer was in there along with myself. Never once did your service person even acknowledge my presence, so your service sucked, try seeking out the only customer in the store or asking if they need help. We are not all Gen z and like to be left alone to wonder . It is called customer service, try it . It works have gotten you a sale that day.

A great store with a wide range of paints, varnishes and other paint materials from a well-known manufacturer. Consultants are always ready to help with the choice and answer all questions. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for high-quality paint and varnish materials.

The store was fine. Had a lot of trouble with the paintSherwin Williams paint is just awful. I would not recommend it for personal paint projects. Even the best quality line provides poor coverage.

I love everything about Sherwin Williams, it's our company's go-to for all the paint we use on our multi-family communities. Paint quality is always superb.. Tim (guy working at this location) on the other hand, clearly hates his job. The driest, most impersonable human working there. Very rude, no manners, doesn't offer any sort of assistance and watches you struggle carrying 4 gallons of paint to the car without offering a hand while the store is completely empty. I truly don't think I've ever been angrier at the lack of care and amiability by a store employee.But like I said, Sherwin Williams paint and tool quality is top notch. Just need their employees to match it!

Awful customer service. We bought paint at another SW location. Stopped by this one to get a quart so we could finish the paint job. Spent time putting it up, only to realize it wasn't the same. Upon looking at the label, it was mixed with different colors than the original gallon. When we brought it back, she said "maybe the stores mix it differently". That's not how this works. She didn't seem to know anything about paint or even how to help, just hired to check people out. We will be trying our original SW store.

I've had a commercial account with SW for about seven years now. In fact, I opened it at this very location. It was a different era, no doubt.Ricardo once held this store together, and it was quite the store, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. He has since moved on, and my God, this has changed for the worst. Dry, drab personalities behind the counter, with a seemingly non-existent working knowledge of the products.It's disappointing to think of how the hiring process and staffing procedures are Sherwin Williams have changed a once great store into a store I will avoid going forward. Considering the main product being sold at Sherwin Williams is paint, perhaps some knowledge of paint and the familiarization of those tools and accessories should be a requirement.But hey, I've only purchased thousands of gallons from Sherwin Williams. And I know better than to ask for a dang t-shirt...they won't have them.Sherwin Williams sure went another direction.

Very bad customer service. No hello, no goodbye, no smiles, no help offering. And when I pointed out that there’s a 25 percent off on paint right now - they had absolutely no idea! This girls need to find a job with zero communication.

Staff was very friendly and greeted me from behind the counter when I walked it, then answered questions about paint chips. So nice! I'll be back. Store was clean and well organized.

This is 2JOES' Home Store and that staff is always helpful. When we were first starting out, they really helped us pick the right products and offered us competitive pricing. Store Manager, Ava, is like a partner to us. We appreciate this store very much!
