This particular store is in a dilapidated area of Jacksonville where homeless people and low-income hotels are at. But the area is recently going through a rebuilding with a new Wawa store coming in new hotels and when this location so close to i-95 it is sure to be a better safer more desirable store\\\\gas station to stop at in the near future.

Broken air machine, broken gas pumps, never a receipt in machine, very sketch near every skid row hotel. Do NOT LEAVE TOUR VEHICLE unattended.

Starting to see Shell Oil constantly high on gas prices. Why do they continue to pad their profits even when crude prices drop. They are killing the US economy with their price gouging.

This Shell gas station is just off of Interstate 95 add next to the Prominence industrial area which houses Southeastern Grocers (their best known supermarket is Winn-Dixie). It is also across the street from Adamec Harley-Davidson. This Shell is competitively priced and the inside has the usual convenience store items though the clerk working deemed finishing her task far more important than dealing with the three people waiting in line. It was not a huge delay, but to be ignored without even an explanation for a few minutes was not the best way to offer customer service, at least in my opinion. The gas station is kind of small and the driveway is a little bit tight. However, the convenience that it offers from the Interstate 95 exit ramp makes it an attractive choice for gasoline. There is a KFC across the street if you want to combine this gas stop with a food run, as well.I guess over wall I cannot allow 1 small floor to diminish the value od the be overall experience of this gas station. While nothing spectacular, it did meet the needs have a quick place to fill up my car

Fuel pump overfilled and spilled, no washer fluid in the reservoir’s, pumps that didn’t work, no paper towels in the trash bins. Stores a little rundown but OK. Some of the staff was friendly. Bathroom was dirty and busy.
