All the card readers at this facility are slow, probably the slowest i've seen in jax. What should be an in and oit gas stop generally takes a lot longer than it should. I suggest racetrak or wawa rather than shell.none of the vacuums work, and hours are inconsistent, sometimes they're open later, sometimes not past 11.

If I were a stockholder in Daily's, I would be upset. There's a fairly new Racetrack and a brand new Wawa a few blocks away and this Daily's has been in disrepair and dirty for some time. They don't seem to want to compete. How long before it gets boarded up?

Paid for a car wash thinking I could vacuum also.....one vacuum turns on out of six but doesn't have enough suction to actually clean anything up this has been this way for at least 6 months.?Waste of my TIME!

They have 2 stalls in the bathroom. 1 is always locked. It's cool they have sensor door opening and you can flip a switch if bathroom needs cleaning

Been coming here for about a year. They just instituted a new policy to put your bag by the door. I think it is unreasonable. They are worried about theft I'm sure, but I'm supposed to risk my personal belongings to ease their worries? I'll spend my 5 bucks a day somewhere else. Excellent staff here, but why would I risk my laptop getting stolen while I shop?

I am a loyal shell customer and I am a Novice contributor of Google for reviews. It has been a while since I wrote a review but this one has to be written. The day I went in I was getting gas for my car. I bought a car wash for my car but I was unable to wash my car. I got my receipt and I drove over to the car wash to wash my car but it was broken. When I went into the rep she told me the car wash was just fixed and it should be working. I explained to her I just went through the wash but it did not work. She offered a free car wash. At that point I only wanted my money back. I did not want to attempt to go back through the wash. At that moment the man that fixed the car wash previously went back out to check it. Upon my money being returned she gave me a free car wash within 10 days. I went back 5 days later to wash my car with my free car wash and once again the car wash was broken. I do not know what the issue is however the car wash works sometimes not all the time. So be cautious when you decide to use the car wash.
