They took less than an hour to cut a fairly large tree down. The employees worked as a well-oiled machine. This is our first time using Shaw's and we would recommend them for tree removal.

Rowdy and crew 4 did one heck of a professional job, they were amazing to watch in action, and the clean up is hands down the best I have ever had. Will definitely use rowdy and his crew again for the next round of trees to come down

Not the same anymore! The worst! Set up an appointment for them to come and trim the trees months before. Appt was between 8 and 9:30 I wrote it down. No one showed up called Shaws lady that answered was rude and said I was wrong 10:30 still no one. Noon the guy calls says he’s on his way around 2 my husband called the guy ask if they are coming he told him his truck broke down and can’t make it that the earliest would be in September. We were gonna pay $2800 for trimming I guess they don’t need our business. We used them 5 years ago they were much cheaper and way more organized. Sad these people that work for them don’t care they don’t own the company they aren’t loosing money.

Shaw’s Tree Service (Terry’s crew) did a great job with cleaning up Oak and Palm Trees. Wonderful crew working together to get the job done and then cleaned up wonderfully. Highly recommend!

These guys did a great job trimming one of my large oaks that was in a hard to reach area. They were easy and professional to work with, and cleaned up after themselves! I would recommend them to anybody.

Shaw's has done another excellent job in my yard cutting down a large dying water oak tree and a dead Florida holly tree. They also recently removed 3 big limbs that had blown down in a storm and were blocking the street and came within a few hours of discovery. (See photos). They have a large professional staff and big equipment to handle any sized job and leave the yard totally clean. Their workers are very polite and helpful, and their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. The guys were VERY hard working, respectful of me and our property. Crew leader, Rowdy and his guys did an excellent job. I feel they are one of the best Tree Services companies around.

Rowdy’s Crew (Crew 4) from Shaw’s Tree Service did a great job removing a large tree limb that broke in a storm and was still hanging. They were fast, thorough and professional - very fair price as well - highly recommend.

Great price on getting a huge magnolia down. They showed up when they were supposed to and did the work that they said they would. Very professional job. They dropped every branch in safe manor and my yard was cleaned up the following day.

They take pride in their love of the Confederacy. I recommend anyone to take their business elsewhere. Plenty of other companies that do the same job and don't proudly display the Confederate flag on their property.

I was really impressed with Shaw’s. I got 3 different quotes and felt that Shaw’s was by far the most professional and reasonable. They were very communicative and provided updates throughout the process. As a working person; they also were very timely and arrived exactly when scheduled. They did a good job on my property and I felt they went above and beyond on what I asked them to do. I am feeling prepared for the hurricane season.

Would I use this company again: ABSOLUTELY
Amazing prices and quality work. If you've been in JAX for some time you know that it's hard to get someone on the phone with a lot of businesses. Its great to know someone will always pick up. Only kick back is there was some work unfinished and they said they would call to schedule to come out. They never called back. I'd call every Monday to check and see where they were at in the process. They finally came back after about a month and did an amazing job. I recommend this company. They do right by their customer!
