Juan with Sharp was absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. We needed weekend assistance and the answering service as well as the tech (Juan) were a life saver. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing gas service in the Jacksonville area!

Horrible customer service. I purchased my home two years ago and since then I have try to get the gas account transferred from the previous owner to my name. I’ve turned in the paperwork three times and yet it’s still in the previous owners name every time I call, I’m told the person I was dealing with is no longer...

Sharp Energy is very efficient. Inquiries are addressed immediately. Staff is very friendly. Technician went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues. I would recommend Sharp Energy.
