When I say this have been best pharmacy experience ever I have been having so much trouble with outside pharmacy Thanks to my doctor saying try the pharmacy at hospital I have had no problem it's been a win win love the time they take to explain go above to make sure your ok and understand their no wait time at all I wish I would have changed years ago

This is my first experience filling a prescription here. My son takes a medicine that is frequently out of stock, but they said they had it. From the time his doctor sent it, it was ready in less than an hour. I went over actually just to give them my insurance information I thought they would need to even get started, and instead it was already waiting! The person who helped me was extremely friendly and gave some good information on next time. Thanks so much!

On January 29,2021 My significant other had to had surgery. I knoew that he was going to need some medication afterwards. Of course we do do not have any health insurance. But with their help he recieved his medication for $20. That was a big help. Thank you St Vincent.

Recently moved from NE and on med not well known here. The pharmacists are compassionate and knowledgeable; the staff kind and good natured. A real find. Special shout out to Pharmacist Joel. The only challenges are parking and hours, but a smile and politely asking goes a long way!

I want to go on a rant, but twice I lost my post. Suffice it to say, their posted hours of operation are not accurate. Not on their phone message. Not on the website. Not on the door of the pharmacy. I waited 2 hours for Seaton to open, along with another who was duped into believing they would be open. Had to wait because I came long distance and the prescription was critical.

I've never heard of a pharmacy #1, handing my prescription medication list to someone other than me (without my written permission). #2, not filling scripts from a surgeon at St Vincent's! This is the 2nd time they have done this to be. It'll also be my last.

The weasel pharmacist would not fill my wife’s pain meds... he lies and says they reached their limit... then he lies to my wife and say it can be filled two weeks later... after showing the paperwork to my wife’s doctor they said the weasel should of filled her pain meds! I am now at NAS JAX getting them filled for her!!! Lesson learned don’t go to a weasel who lies!

I can't say enough about this pharmacy. I had surgery at St. Vincent's and on the day of discharge I went there to pick up several medications that were ordered. They were personable like a small mom and pop store which I LOVE. The best part of this was I had not known that another medication had been ordered after these were already dispensed and ready. I live an hour and a half away and when I realized that that medicine was not part of this order I called. The woman that answered was so nice and said it would be n trouble to FedEx that to me right away. Needless to say I got it 2 days later and am very grateful to them for doing so. If I lived near seton pharmacy I would be a regular customer. Thanks again for such hospitality well done.

I've used Seton pharmacy off and on for years. I recently switched back to Seton after discovering that they accept my prescription drug plan. Very professional, courteous staff. It has that "mom and pop" feel to it which is very refreshing in this day and age. Waiting time is minimal and they frequently have medications that are difficult to find at the big chains. Very glad I switched back!
