Manager is very rude and condescending. I needed to exchange an item that I had proof of purchase (it was a gift) and she didn’t care to help and kept sighing after every question I had. I ended up leaving and coming back another day and getting help from an older lady that was super sweet. I was able to exchange my items and will now go to Ulta for all my needs. It was the weekday manager, didn’t catch her name but she is awful.

NOEMI did a great job today. That was the best, and most comfortable experience I’ve had at Sephora.
She literally helped me find the perfect match in every type of product I was looking for. Unbelievable on how she was able to match the products to what I wanted so quick.
Im picky about my makeup and usually stick to the same brands, but she pointed me in the right direction to new brands. I was literally shrieking from excitement lol.

I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! I have been a costumer at this location for over 2 years,and have never been treated like this. i was not welcomed in the store. then i asked for help and was "helped" by this atrocious looking woman named Lauren. i asked for her to shade match me and she gave me the completely wrong shade. please fire her. DO NOT COME HERE!!

We were greeted at the door by Laura Martinez smock. She was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She helped me and my friend find the fragrances that worked well with me. She’s an outstanding employee and extremely friendly and courteous.

My girls love Sephora and this is a great location. When we went, it was clean, stocked and everyone was very friendly. We were asked if we needed help a couple different times and we found everything we were/weren’t looking for… a win!

Very rude customer service. No greeting upon entering store and worker annoyed at answering even one question about a product. I have a return to make and that will be the last time I step foot into Sephora and Ulta. These places have a key demographic they are willing to provide customer service to and if you do not fit their mold, they don’t care for you. I’d recommend purchasing other makeup brands like Thrive or Ogee directly from those companies and avoid Sephora!

I don't go here often. However, when I do go, the staff is always welcoming. They are stocked with viral products and the displays are clean.

The associates were very accomodating and helpful. Especially for an especially busy Saturday afternoon. One associate helped me find a Tarte mini mascara that wasn't with the Tarte section. We found it by the register.
