I had the luck of the absolute sweetest young lady Jasmyn help me today she stopped me from buying an awful product and turned me on to something that was so much better the brand is Rare Beauty and the tinted moisturizer and concealer I got were perfect match and I couldn’t be happier! I am new to the area and I don’t have many friends here yet and I truly felt like I was hanging out with a girlfriend! The gentleman at the cash register was also above and beyond kind! They are a great team! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

It’s very d*** on behave of Sephora to have Sephora in kohls but you can not make any returns or exchanges you have to go back to Sephora the actual store

Went in about 18 minutes before close bc I knew I was going in for one particular product, got in the car to realize I grabbed the yellow bottle instead of the tan bottle and the lady at the counter was very nice and let me switch it last minute. She also helped me sign up and gave me the birthday item because it was my birthday week! Great customer service!

the customer service was literally bare minimum no one greeted me, and the store was out of stock in a lot of items.

Went in yesterday to quickly get one product with my 10 months old, when I walked into store one employee was helping a customer in fragrance section, he looks at me and literally turns away, as I find my product I was looking for and waiting to check out, another customer approached him and asked for help in foundation, he went on to help her as I wait on the cash, few minutes pass by and I’m still waiting to pay for my product, the customer who the employee is helping asked him multiple times to help me and check me out but he said no repetitively As I look at them and wait! Horrible customer service!! I took my item to kohls checkout registers as I was done waiting on an such a dismissive employee who unfortunately can’t even keep up with turns and service customers! So disappointing

Absolutely not worth your time going here. Nothing is ever fully stocked, it looks like it’s going out of business (but employees say it’s not). I have rarely ever found what I was looking for so I end up driving to Town Center. Kohls is responsible for stocking items, not Sephora. Kohls is to blame here.

South or east asian woman who works in the sephora racially profiled me, I'm both black and muslim,. she had security come and watch me shop the entire time both in sephora and through the kohl's, and wanted me to give her my items so she could hold them for me, and when I refused, she told me I was causing trouble.

Had a bad experience, staff were unhelpful, the short haired lady who works for kohls instead of sephora was weird and rude. She kept getting into my business, I think it was because I am a Muslim hijabi. Never will return again, she shouldn't be working in customer service when she treats customers like that. The short woman who worked at the register did not help me at all, didn't greet me, and didn't check me out; she gets paid to be useless.

My experience at the location was a delight all because of Angel. She was so nice and very informative. She didn't rush me and was so friendly. I do wish they had hard the Danessa Myricks products that had initially brought me in. Stock was a bit low but that was no doubt because of the sale and the season.

Prices are a bit higher than other places. Some products were almost completely gone and the register lady was nice but when I spent $100 on a perfume and asked about some free samples she said you can only get them online. This is incorrect because last time I was at the store the other lady gave me samples and told me they have plenty in the drawer. I love that they did not bug me while I was trying perfumes but I think in this type of business it would have been nice to have someone approach you and ask if you needed help. I went back and forth in and out of the store 3 times because I could not make up my mind and some help would have been great. Ladies were not busy at all, as a matter of fact, I was the only one in the store when they opened the first 40 minutes and the young lady at the register was not even doing anything.
