“This was the fastest easiest rental ever! I wanted to say Thank you, after looking at other locations we were frustrated but when we came to Store Space I felt like family/old friends. When in the office my wife who was completing the rental was a little on edge while Vickie was calm. My wife had lots of questions and where others failed to appease her by answering her questions. Vickie took the time to explain everything from beginning to end. While looking at units she showed my wife and I how the lock worked and how to open the door! That impressed me! Vickie is so kind, caring and it shows that she is all about her customers. We need more people like her in the world! We lost a lot in Helene and forced to relocate but with Vickie we found what matters! She spoke to us with positivity and suggested people that would help us! Others we have met since being in Florida are not so nice but the compassion she has is amazing that people care like that! The facility is so clean, the doors shine, love the security features. Again Thank you Vickie, you did an awesome Job!”

“From the moment I called the 800 number and spoke with Kristian through my visit to the facility and dealing with the onsite manager, Donette….I could not have asked for a more positive experience. She is the most helpful, friendly, caring person you’ll find. I rented a parking spot for a camper. She took me to the spot. She took me through the route. I should drive it in and out. Explained everything to me was very very helpful. She is an excellent Representative for the company and hopefully much appreciated by management and owners. It’s rare to find someone these days that truly cares and she does. I am not one that’s easy to please. They were both as friendly as you could possibly ask for, knowledgeable, helpful and just downright good people.”

“Working with Kenny was amazing. She has great customer service and she worked with me during this Challenging Season in my life. Thank you Kenny! Also, every time I went to my storage the bulding was ALWAYS clean and smelled good. The only Negative thing about renting a storage is the price. The price is the cost of a Average American car note or light bill. Starting off was a over $100 then it went up to almost $300 and the prics will continue to go up. Unfortunately, I had to end contract. If I had to choose a storage place I would definitely come back to this one and work with Kenny and Extra space storage In the future”

“We have had a storage unit here for 2 years. EVERY time I called the customer service was amazing!! All staff have been professional and helpful. The building, storage unit, and surrounding area have always been very clean. I have visited the unit on different days and at different times and have always felt safe. I recommend this place. The only thing I didn’t like was the prices kept going up. But I guess that is true of everything these days. Again, the people who work here are great!”

“I looked for something online was able to find this place and was glad that I did. The lady helping me was very nice and gave great details of the company and property. The place was clean and free of trash. The storage unit that I did get the same day was the perfect size she showed me all the sizes that they offer after asking questions to see what size I might need. Glad I pick the place would recommend family and friends.So Update from my Update I feel more comfortable with the New Owners and I want to give a big shout out to Property Management Tanya for helping me understand what was going on and answering all my question . It was a miscommunication on my end and I’m glad to say I have been happy with them for years and will continue to work and adapt to the new changes. Not all changes are bad. Friendly and kind ppl to work with I would want to have nobody else protecting my property while I’m not around … Thank you”
“It was simple and super easy to rent a unit on line. I filled out the form on the website, paid the first month and done. I now have a unit. I went straight to the unit (clean facilities with climate control) inside was my lock and I put it on to lock up my items. I even got a call from management, checking that everything was fine. 100% recommend”
