We have used their services for 10 years. The vets are awesome. Moody McCall and his son Chase are caring and knowledgeable as is their associate Heidi Chupp.The ancillary staff, especially Amber, Margie and Janet are awesome. We miss amber who retired. Mrs McCall rounds out the group with her presence.

taking my dog to PABLO RIVER VET HOSPITAL ON ATLANTIC. My Lolo is now DEAD!! Because DR. KALI GENNETTE did not tell me my dog had a heart murmur after paying over $250 for a senior panel and needed medication for it. She only told me my dog had kidney disease and gave me a recipe which included hot sauce....DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE...SHE NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS AND REFUSED TO TRY MY DOG ON DIFFERENT MEDS which She stated in the beginning when I first brought my dog...that I HAD MORE THAN 1 OPTION. I paid for her to breakdown everything that was going on with my dog with that blood panel...she never did that but told my dog had kidney disease. I later found out from Banfield my dogs heart murmur went from a grade 2 to a 4 out of 6 which PABLO VET DR. GENNETTE IGNORED...TOO BUSY TO ANSWER MY CALLS OF CONCERN. My dog Lolo had to be put to sleep. Lolo's heart murmur got so aggressive and uncomfortable for her...SAN PABLO knew it but did not prescribe any medication for her heart murmur, which I found out she needed medication immediately after they knew it but did not tell me how to take care of her...I hope your Karma shuts you down.

All around great experience. We boarded our dog there for 6 days. Great communication while we were gone. They even sent him back smelling good with a fresh bath. Kiana was so helpful and answered all my questions. She’s a keeper. I will definitely use their services again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They took great care of my Reuggie, they bathed him before I picked him up. They had Rueggie for a week. Definitely will use again.

Dr Chase is fabulous. The next generation is kinder and more compassionate overall. We shall see when my older dogs face difficult decisions but they are good with Dr. Chase.

I’d just like to state that this one star review is strictly based on the grooming experience I’ve had here, and not the vet. I’ve had a wonderful experience with this animal hospital as far as vet appointments go.The issue is with the groomer herself. She lacks experience, good communication skills, and proper customer service etiquette.If you are not satisfied with how your pet turned out based on the photo references provided, and verbal communication with the groomer, no discount or offers for the next visit, will be made. You will be expected to pay in full with tip.My advice would be to find a better groomer if you are considering this one. It was my first time trying a groomer and vet all in one and this will be my last time trying to do that as well. I gave it three chances or more before throwing in the towel.

Wow, amazing practice, staff, and doctor. My dog got into an entire bottle of medication at 5pm. My veterinarian clinic was closed for the day and I called many practices for help. San Pablo animal hospital was the only practice to take us with no questions asked at the end of the day. I could not be more thankful for them caring for my dog as much as I do. I would recommend them to anyone!

They got us in fast to help our newest adopted kitty! He apparently had some residual issues from before we adopted him and needed some medicine and we were in and out in no time! The Vet and assistants came in and assessed our Siamese and administered 1 and half tablets of medicine and we got to see how well our cats gag reflect was (lol)- but they got both pills down. Fasted visit ever and one of the least expensive now that we aren't using the vet services through the Humane Society (where we previously went). And super close to home! Recommended by dad- he takes all of his kitties here!
