So much better than 4 years ago during pandemic. Better variety of stores and a very good food court. The mall needs some repair work, especially the domes and some of the carpeting, but certainly in better shape than 2021.Perhaps some activities or events could be offered to draw more shoppers. It's nice that they kept the train ride around the mall for kids. Also, they need to keep security tight and responsive. Crime and violence are the most corrosive elements to shopping centers.

Well maintained mall. Clean with a nice mix of stores. Seemed aimed at the younger teen and pre teen generation with a lot of anime or Japanese or young clothing stores. Overall very nice but the food court just didn’t have anything unique and felt so obvious with Charley’s and Chik fil an etc.

It is a very quiet mall. I visited Dillard’s only but the mall looked like it had some unique shops. I will visit again and explore more.

Visited for the first time in months and to my surprise both sets of escalators were fully operational. Still only three stars because the mall itself is still lacking, but 'congratulations'...I guess...on fixing an issue after nearly a year.

I was a vendor in this mall in a one year temporarely contract, they kept my $1000 deposit for cleaning.Managing team is awful, mall was dirty all the time, service was very bad.One of the main escalator was broken two months during the Chrismas time.I don't advise anybody to do business with them.

What a great mall! Two levels with great variety and specialty shops throughout. It feels safe and fun. Love the coffee shop with the Lavazza coffee which is really hard to find in most cities. It was also fun that they still had the Christmas decorations up.

Clearly the best of Jacksonville's remaining malls. Was a big boost for all my visiting family during the holidays. Everyone commented how clean, well appointed, and well staffed it seemed to be. The food court which can be a problem with many places had no issues. The holiday decor and overall feeling was exceptional. Everywhere we went we were very satisfied with what we encountered regarding selections, attitudes, and overall presentation. Our Mall from now on.

Fantastic bustling mall, my girlfriend and I loved it. I recommend the miniso store, the sunglass hut, and also the Natural desires soap company (their best soap is the mountain man one). Also at the food court talk to the nice lady at the Bourbon Street grill!

The Avenue saved my life on Christmas eve. Due to personal family reasons I was unable to go Christmas shopping beforehand and because the Avenues was open until 6:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve I was able to get all of my Christmas shopping done and a few stores such as Kay Jewelers was just so nice and pleasant to me and very helpful. I've been going to the mall for about 30 years it was built when I was in the fifth grade and I just absolutely love it.
