I've been a member of Sam's Club Plus for the last 3 years. This happened on April, 2024. Also, this is the first occasion that I have had a bad experience with a Jacksonville-based client representative who works at the Sam's Club Tire location. For my Honda, I bought a brand-new set of four tires from Sam's Club in February 2024. While I was traveling through Jacksonville, my passenger side tire developed a flat spot due to an unknown circumstance. I then inflated it and made a stop at the closest Sam's Club, which is just around five miles away from my location. I asked the tire & battery representative for assistance as soon as I entered the store. “Theresa” is her name, I told “Theresa” that my tire, which I bought from Sam's Club, was punctured while I was driving. Her initial response was that you will have to wait because the tire department only has two technicians working. I then asked her if she could assist me in fixing the tire in any manner today. She expressed a negative attitude and stated, "My technicians can check in maybe three or four hours, but there's no guarantee for that." I tell her I can wait after that. With a nasty voice, she remarked, "That's up to you and I don't care if you stayed here." She also mentioned that there was no guarantee for the work hours and just said ‘Maybe 3 to 5 hours’.
At least Sam's Club officials need to understand we are at least paying our regular membership amount at your store every year for the service. So it doesn't matter if the employee has been working with Sams for 25 or 30 years. They need to understand the customer's value especially if you are senior at your workplace. All her comments or replies to my questions really made me so mad and I didn't say a single word from my mouth because she is old and I know it's really har. But at least she needs to realize I'm a customer.

I overheard a manager with orange hair (I think her name is Pam or Cam) screaming at an employee about something they didn't do. I was in the store for about 30 minutes doing my shopping and that employee was helping me out, she was friendly I don't remember her name. Brown short hair in the bakery area. The manager comes up screaming about the employee doing something wrong just now, but the employee had been assisting me for a while. Manager did not know who to blame for the issue that had happened in the front of the store, so she just took it out on a random employee. Do not trust this lady. Screaming in front of customers is extremely unprofessional. Bold face lies as well. Anytime I shop here she is in a bad mood.

We went to Sam’s and had an absolutely wonderful experience customer service desk representative Carmen and associate Janice provided an amazing wonderful experience.
