Generally good if you need something in more bulk. If you just need 1 tube of toothpaste cheap, this is not for you. However if you buy the pack of 3 it's cheaper than the 1 tube. I like it because I can get a years worth of some stuff cheaper than multiple trips during the year.

Scan and go is the best way to shop. I scanned things as I shopped and checked out with my phone. They checked a few things and I was on my way. I turned around and looked at the lines backed up at the cash registers and happy I didn't have to go through that.

I don't know about all the other Sam's but use to be after an hour of shopping and you were checking out they would unload your basket and put everything back. Now you have to load your basket then unload it then load it again before you unload it again to go home

How does a warehouse not have lids, but they will sell you boxes of them? I'm also convinced there's a McDonalds ice-cream conspiracy going on because Dr. PEPPER is always out of order. Also no mustard and again at a place that sells mustard packets.Sams Club start buying your own supply or shut down your food center because it's getting ridiculous, next you will say your out of ice while selling ice next to your drink machine, oh wait that happened previously already.

Produce has gotten much worse. Plus the last couple people that have loaded are cars seem very unhappy. Makes the experience not so great. We are already switching our produce to fresh fields. We might need to find somewhere else for other things.

Went there to get tires. Paid and everything. They said my vehicle didn’t fit on the lift (it’s a standard mini van.) They offered for me to bring back the tires and they would mount and balance them. They were not going to offer a discount or remove any fees even though id be doing half of the work. Wasted an hour there waiting for them not to be able to help. They said Sams got new lifts and there was nothing they could do. Although it’s there policies and such that prevented them from doing it, nothing was offered to compensate. I took my business elsewhere.

I'm a PLUS member, but I'm made to feel like I don't matter, one way or another. A plus-sized African-American woman with short, grey hair and bigger legs ALWAYS has an attitude from the moment I first interacted with her in the liquor department. I'm not sure why she's still there with treating customers like cr@p. She was working Pickup, and I had a pickup order for 7p-8p pickup time. I checked in via the SAMS app AND text. It was only me and one other car outside waiting. She brought out the one car order, and looked right at me like "I'll be right back with your order." BUT she NEVER CAME BACK. She left me sitting there AFTER HOURS (8pm) when I signed in at 7:50pm. I literally had to go to the exit door to get somebody to bring me my order. I think she went on break or something. It was dead wrong to leave me like that. Someone else eventually came and brought my order as they had just came back from break. I didnt get my order until 8:20pm!! I never saw that lazy woman again. She needs to be either re-trained in customer service, moved to a non-customer department, or FIRED. You don't do customers like that. EVER. One star.

Not a bad store but the staff in the restaurant section are very rude and not helpful! I had an issue where I attended to order three pizzas almost three weeks ago and the associate helping me did not want to take my order, I was told to just place the order day of. I came in today and the team told me no we can only sell two pizzas that is the policy. I talked to the manager who was very helpful and understanding and took care of my issue and got me the third pizza. Then the staff member was standing five feet away from me talking trash the whole time. Her rude mouth needs to get fired! No person in customer service should be talking to/about customers that way! The roof of the food prep area is disgusting and has dirt/lint building up over the area. The only good thing about my time here was the Manager Miss Donna!

Disclaimer: This review is based on the gas portion of Sam's If you haven't considered becoming a member, I'd like to know what you've been doing .. inquiring minds would like to know. If you are, then you know about the discounted prices of gasoline. I don't know about you but I'd rather not make a decision between a few gallons of gas and a meal. To my friends out in California, I know gas is expensive out there .. I'm just saying #FreeTheGasPumps Due to the fact so many fill up, they've now come up with a system to get people in and out a little faster .. does it work, no but when you're paying almost .20c cheaper than the next station, who cares? They've changed all of their pumps, I'm assuming due to the pandemic and the convenience of scanning your card. Everything is clean! When I say clean, no bugs, spiderwebs of any kind. Next time you pass a Sam's club, check the gas prices, stop in and top your tank off.

Found out today how little Sams Club management understands how we (their customers) value our time. 15 min @ rotisserie chicken (with others) finally flagged down someone to only find out it would be 30 more min. Maybe a SIGN to say when they would be ready? Check-out was literally 20 min. Nearly 10 was because of a manager negotiating a price on a 82" TV and how they were going to pay - back & forth at the register while we all continued to wait. I called to express my concerns and they disconnected me after I was holding for 23 min. Did you know the music stops @ 20 min? My family has tried to convince me for years to go to Costco. Oddly, not them who convinced me.

Sam's was very crowded today. I expected long line to checkout however, to my surprise checkout was quick and smooth, so was the line to be check at the exit. Therefore my shopping experience was very delightful. As usual!??

You never know what you'll find at Sam's! But when you see it, it's your size or favorite flavor, you better get it because it may not be there next trip. Advise, don't go in hungry. Everything looks good and the smells in the bakery dept will have you gaining 2 lbs just breathing.

I up graded my Sam's card. Mrs. Linda, at customer service was very nice. She took her time to explain about the difference platinum Sam's Card and up dating a regular card I went with Platinum. How it would be beneficial with the platinum card vs a regular Sam's card. She did not rush through the process and showed me how I could scan and go. Kudo's to Mrs.Linda.
