Made an appointment to have a battery replacement on Super Bowl Sunday. I was in and out within 15 minutes. It was a fantastic experience and super great price.

We always have good service here the times I've needed it. They usually have what's on my list and I love doing the curbside pick up. Order is always ready on time usually earlier and it's convenient. I appreciate that it's free and not through instacart. Employees are always helpful and nice in my experience.

There is just no customer service. You look for someone to help and they like all disappear. The management does not seem to care. Overall it's just bad. I will continue to go to BJs.
