The price is too high on the chips and icecream. Very little is all i can buy.

I guess it's your typical neighborhood gas station. A bit run down and usually a few people hanging around outside, especially in the evenings. I don't feel comfortable going there at night, but that's just me. Gas prices are pretty good.
