DONT USE SAFELITE YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS!!!!!This place must hire homeless people off the streets and give them a van. A little training would help. They incorrectly installed a windshield, which subsequently cracked after the adhesive cured. Then proceeded to tell me that something had hit the windshield and that was the reason for the crack. Also take note of the way the seal is not even and the adhesive isn’t even fully applied around the entire windshield.I hired a local company to fix their shoddy work.The windshield was installed super low and directly on top of a tab that holds the plastic shield that covers the lower portion.The fact that they would not own up to their mistake is to be expected I guess.The real racket came to light when I called my insurance company to complain about the terrible work that had been done.I had to file another claim a day later!! Progressive is apparently affiliated in some way with safelite and they would not even take note of the complaint but instead said that all windshield and window related things must be done through safelite. So they referred me back to safelite to file a complaint. Of course they had just told me I was at fault. I am sure some people probably never have an issue with their install but I can almost guarantee that it was not done properly. Due to lack of proper training and all.I actually took the vehicle to the shop that serviced me, the location off Alta, and showed them everything they denied any fault and claimed a rock must have been thrown at the window while it was parked overnight. It never moved from the time the window was replaced until getting in it the next morning. It was quite obvious the placement of the window was the culprit.

Easy to navigate Web site to file with insurance and make appointments. Remember, it can take up to 3 hrs. This is due to the glue drying and how much equipment is attached to your windshield.( and its calibration). Staff was very polite and professional. Excellent work.

I had a rear glass replaced there. I was told that it would take 60-90 minutes. Actually it took 2 1/2 hours. Afterwards my rear door would not open. I was scheduled another appointment which took another 2 hours only to be advised they couldn't fix the issue. The lady there told me to take it to a nissan dealer to have it reprogrammed and bring them the bill. The nissan dealer advised me that sensor wiring and sensors were completely destroyed and aftermarket clips were used instead of actual Nissan OEM equipment. Also, there is no reprogramming on this door. When i returned with the bill, she now says that she didn't say that. As if I would make up something like this. After many calls and over 20 days, the store manager asked me for my address to send a check. However, now its been well over a month and still haven't seen a check. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I saw all of the negative reviews. My mistake. Please don't make the same mistake I did.Update: why would I chat with you now. You admitted I was right but still no discipline for the employee that accused ME of lying. Doesn't change the fact that your employee continues to lie to your customers. And what should've been a simple repair, you turned into a very unpleasant ordeal and lost a future customer for life.

8am appointment, finally left at 11:40...technician just "walked away" for just over 20 minutes in the middle of the job. They also didn't put the weather stripping back on my car. Mgr said "it's purely cosmetic". One piece of stripping from the top of the car came flying off my car on 295. I took it back Nov. 24th. Let's see how long it takes for them to order and replace this.

10/10 amazing service. I was able to easily book my appointment came in and dropped off my car, i got a call in less than 2 hours that it was ready! My car looks brand new now! Highly recommend here! They also have a nice big and clean waiting room for those who need to wait there.

You cannot get in touch with these people if you have any problems. While waiting in the lobby one problem after the other people seem to be having problems they just want you to schedule another appointment. My wife had to take her car back five times

Do not go here! Giving 1 star is generous. Terrible experience. We were supposed to have a repair tech come to our home between 8-12pm. Got a message saying we’re #5 on the list. At 12:15 we texted and got nothing. At 12:30 we hadn’t heard anything and we had afternoon plans so we called. Tech said he’s behind and he had 2 before us. Tried to get a time to when he’d be out and he said 3/3:30. 10 min after we left the house he calls and says he may be able to come earlier he’d let us know in 20 min. We changed plans AGAIN to be close to home just in case. We went in to eat at a restaurant, ordered and at 1:22 he calls to say he’d be at our house at 1:38. We asked him to wait until 2 and he said no so we got everything to go and went home. He got there and at 2:30 said “I can’t fix this here. You’ll have to take it in to the shop”. All of our plans this afternoon were ruined because your company had no integrity about time (8-12) and no respect for our time. Next time say 8-5 if that’s what you really mean. Horrible!!!!

I got my windshield replaced at this location a little less than a year ago. When I went to put up a sun visor last week, parts of the housing around my rearview mirror fell off, and I was concerned about the integrity of the mirror. I tried to contact the location directly, but kept getting funneled into the 800 stratosphere and of course none of the options had to do with fixing a warranteed item, especially one that could result in a very unsafe driving experience if not addressed quickly. I was near the location so I decided to proceed there directly after my shift. Although the gal at the window initially seemed less than thrilled by a walk-in and was going to make me come back, she had a change of heart and asked a technician to assess the situation. It turned out they had seen this problem with my specific make and model before and there was likely only one solution. She said she would consult with the manager to confirm her suspicion and get back with me. I feared I would never hear from them again, but she absolutely kept her word and called me the very next business day and gave me an appointment days later. They started my job on time, and my awesome technician Mike gave me numerous status checks during the appointment. They absolutely made it right.

The woman at the front desk has no business interacting with customers. Incredibly rude with a knack for escalating situations. Accused me of lying just to have an employee from the shop own up to and apologize for the issue (Keep that guy around this place needs his integrity) then storm out of the office to throw a tantrum while Joe the assistant manager cleaned up her mess. All the install staff i interacted with were very friendly and professional. It's a shame the person who you'll deal with the most is such a twatwaffle. Wouldn't go back until there have been some staff changes up front.

First, if I rated solely on friendliness of the people at this location you would see a 5. BUT...The online system experience was abysmal. Not the location's fault, but part of the overall issue. I went through the screen cycle 8 times before it moved from step 2 to 3. You can't give a 0 and eventually worked so that's a 1. Then when arrived for first scheduled appointment there was a problem with how set up. Had to drive to site to resolve, another "1" but the customer service representative was friendly and helpful. We rescheduled for the next day with a 2.5 hour completion time. Arrived 30 minutes early in case that would have helped. From the appointment (not arrival) time, they burned 2 hours and 7 minutes of the allocated time before windshield install, which means by the time the vehicle went to recalibration tech there was no way they would complete on time. They have now exceeded 65+ minutes past original eta and I'm not seeing any indication we're getting close. No update from service personnel.Because I am on a trip out of town, this has impacted so many people's plans. Not just an inconvenience for me alone. You know that commercial that shows how Safelite saves the day for the customers who were traveling? Um, no. Update: they are having problems with recalibrating and working with manufacturers tech support. Seriously, if they hadn't dawdled with the glass, they'd have had room in the schedule to address the tech. Still no estimate to complete. Still not communicating fully. I know this because I heard employees talking about it. But not to me. May have to downgrade further.

Probably the worst service I’ve experienced running a business in Jacksonville, FL. Honestly it appears that the individuals running this branch do everything they can to reduce their work orders during the day. Had 3 cancelled appointments. Manager doesn’t want to step up and speak to anyone on the issues at hand. Billing clerk on board with reducing the work. Why would you over book business and then make excuses not to do it. I’d definitely look at all of the lost potential revenue the branch accumulates. Poor leadership in the building and it trickles down to the rest of the staff. Unfortunate experience to say the least.
