They will quote you for $815.00. Then change it to $1350.00the day before. Then tell you it’s to hard to change on site you have to bring your vehicle in.

I took some time to not think about this group but can finally leave a proper review.
These folks aren't qualified. This was the worst business I've ever encountered in general. I had to have the assistance of district managers and help experience associates to even get a phone call through to this shop at times.
They probably would have trouble using building blocks with instructions. I repeat, please spare yourself the stress and go to any other safelite group.
The icing on the cake was when this store promised new windshield wipers for the terrible experiences and didn't even do that.
3 visits, 2 mistakes on safelite to be cheap per the tech helping me, no one could ever remember promises made, the store owner has no idea what goes on in the shop, and the store associates are aware how terrible their reputation is an openly will treat you with zero care.
I can surprisingly say that this was the worst experience ever. If progressive directs you to this store call them and have the shop changed. It will save you a ton of money and stress.
Shout out to this store for single handedly ruining the safelite name for me.
TLDR - My window still has issues.

I am extremely disappointed with Safelite's Auto Glass service and strongly advise others to avoid them as well. They cancelled my appointment on the day it was scheduled without any prior notice. To make matters worse, they assured me that they would call back to reschedule, but I never received any follow-up. Trying to reach their customer service is a nightmare; it's impossible to get through and speak to anyone. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I will never use Safelite Auto Glass again. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service are unacceptable.

My appt was at 11am they got me in on time hardly any waiting. The tech Sylas was phenomenal he was respectful and courteous. The whole team from check in to check out was amazing. Sylas even vaccummed my car from his dirty boots. Definently recommend this location

I had 11am appointment, my technician was Shane and he was AMAZING! The front desk estimated a 3 hour wait for my vehicle and Shane completed it within an hour and half. He was very professional and polite! He introduced himself and the process plus the estimate time he would take, before starting on my car. He gave an update on the process and a final review at the end when handing over the keys. He explained the aftercare steps along with warranty information and didn’t rush at all to explain this. If you’re able to I recommend Shane to be your technician.

There is no way to speak with a human being I spent 15 minutes calling and answering questions posed by the computer only to be hung up on 4 times. What do you have to do I guess you don’t want my business and I will share my experience with others and steer them to other businesses. It’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE evidently not a priority for you FOAH.After posting my review I proceeded to read the other reviews and I am now glad you did not do work on my car. It seems 80% of the reviews were basically the same poor workmanship rude customer service, nobody answering the phones and many of them received a response from “the owner” telling them sorry go to the web site for further customer service if I could go into negative stars I would. I wonder what kind of response I will receive. Any bets on none.

I had my windshield replaced. My insurance company recommended Safelight. Every employee was friendly and courteous from the greeting I received when I walked through the door to the technician keeping me informed of the replacement. The quality of the work was outstanding. My car was clean of any residue. The calibration was performed perfectly.

My service took 6 separate appointments to be completed, including two moments where we drove 45 minutes just to be turned away or turned around because the glass was supposedly in stock, but actually wasn’t. The other disappointing element was when we finally had the part in and the vehicle was there, the tech called clearly trying to get out of installing the part… I got it, it’s a pain, but maybe all the previous technicians and front desk staff could have discussed this before. Which btw, the very first technician that actually showed up (this was appointment #3 because the first was cancelled due to delays from weather, and the second cancelled because the technician didn’t show up to work on Saturday), he tested the glass seams and confirmed it needed replacing. I argued for a good five minutes telling the tech to just replace the dang glass. This made it so our 7am appointment and finish time of 10, turned into a 10am appointment and finishing at 4. You can’t make this stuff up! Much better service in Alabama and Georgia, you guys need to get your stuff together in Jacksonville.

Brought my truck in March 24th to have the windshield replaced. After receiving my truck, my windshield wipers were broke. They were brand new. They did replace those, but the tech had cut all the wires to my rear. View mirror which controls my lights. My interior lights. My exterior lights controls my miles per gallon controls my fuel tank. It has been over a week and I have not heard one thing back from safe light at all. I've had a tech come out to confirm everything. The manager at the time has taken pictures and knew about it. Their customercervice only can tell me that they escalated to the district manager. And of course, when you call the store, they don't know anything about it.So, in short, if you do not want your vehicle destroyed, do not take it to safe light. I have reached out to them again. I was told I was going to receive a phone call back. Did never receive a phone call back. So I reached out to them again and I was told I'm going to have to wait another week before anything is done. Update March 5th. I have an appointment on the 6th with a dealership. We will see how it goes from there. I have documented all the damage that was done and is wrong electrical with the truck. Need to see what the dealership says and I'll update again. Update March 13th Safeway has installed the wrong glass. Wrong windshield into my truck, which caused them to cut wire harnesses. To make the new windshield fit, it is going to cost about 15 grand to get everything fixed, including rental trucks. My truck is still in the shop. I do not have an estimated time yet.
