ALERT TO ALL RV OWNERS - DO NOT USE RV Doctor Mobile RV Repair Service, Jacksonville, FLOn 11/28/22 an appointment was set for the technician to come out and look at my air condition unit on my camper trailer. They came out and I was charged $140 and received a receipt (for them looking at it). I was told they were going to order the part to repair it and get back with me at a later time and return with the part to fix the unit. As of this date after calling, texting, and emailing NUMEROUS times no one has gotten back with me regarding the continuation of service. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I HIGHLY STRESS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Service: Air conditioning

STOP... Don't use this thief. I called this company to fix a heating issue on my Winnebago and once he found the problem, I paid him to get the parts. Well, one month later no parts and no George. (Owners name) Take your business elsewhere. He's not worth it.Service: Electrical

I called for furnace issues. He tore my unit apart ,handed me the parts and said they were bad and he would order them the next day. He charged me 190.00. But my gut told me not to trust.And it was right on the money.He is a thief.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS OR GIVE HIM MONEY.Called on a Friday on March 4. George came right out told us we needed to replace the board and thermostat for AC and part for the refrigerator. We gave him a check for $409 so he could purchase the parts told us he would call us Monday with information. Didn't hear from him. Called the following Monday, no answer. Sent a text and was told the part was due that afternoon, Monday March 14. Received a text and said be would be out by Tuesday at 2:00 (3/29/22). No show. Very professional and extremely experienced. My AC unit was not cooling and I couldn't figure out why until I found George the rv doctor and now I will never have nobody but the rv doctor work on my rv repairs.Service: Air conditioning

Outstanding service! I needed a skylight replaced and my roof looked over to make sure it was properly sealed. I called several companies for quotes just to be told to call Rv Doctor by everyone I called which they highly recommended this company. Which has been the absolute best! They were very affordable, fast, and catered to my schedule. I would not recommend calling anyone else!!!

Called me back within a hour and was out the next day on time to fix our problem! The price was very reasonable and had the problem fixed in a about 30 minutes. I would recommend and use them again.

RV Doctor did a good first job on the roof of my Motorhome. He suggested I needed to replace my slideout toppers. On 10/21/2020 I gave him a payment so he could order the fabric of $805. As of 3/12/2021 I have not seen the fabric or installation. I have many other projects we agreed he would do for the Motorhome. Have not seen him for more than a month. Will not return calls or texts. Caution when using him for RV repair. Why he will not get back to me is a mystery. I hope he has not spent the money and not ordered the awnings. It hard to know. I have other work on my motorhome I wanted to have done, but to no avail If you have any knowledge of his where abouts please contact me.

On 10/21/2020 I paid RV Doctor (George Midyette) $805.00 to buy Slide topper awnings for my Motorhome. As of 3/26/2021 I have yet to see RV Doctor with the awnings. I have called and texted Nemours times over these months with no response. Why he will not get back to me is a mystery. I hope he has not spent the money and not ordered the awnings. It hard to know. I have other work on my motorhome I wanted to have done, but to no avail If you have any knowledge of his where abouts please contact me.
