Wonderful service and pricing from RPM (San Jose, Mandarin). Steven and Kenneth were awesome and fixed my issue quickly and I didn't have an appointment. I have found a new place for car repairs! With customer service lacking or non-existent in so many businesses, this was a very refreshing experience.
