Did not pack well, did not fit in all our stuff even though there was plenty of space if they stacked it taller.
So much of our things were damaged because they did not wrap or secure them well.
Company did not care about our damage.
Also tried to over charge us, thankfully they refunded part of the overcharge.
We had got a quote from smooth movers Florida, they required a larger deposit and so I didn’t choose them, I wish I had gone with them instead. Try them.

If I could give TEN stars, I would. Cortez and Angel helped me move and they were THE BEST movers I've ever had!! Polite, professional, courteous and understanding. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Pros:
The company was prompt in responding to calls and texts. Scheduling was efficient, and the cost of the storage unit was affordable. The movers we polite and careful.
Cons:
The owner misled us with a "non-binding estimate," stating a maximum of 6 hours for the move, but we were charged for 12 hours. When we raised concerns, the owner offered a partial refund of $175, but the charges seemed inflated. The definitely milked the clock.
Despite having no outstanding balance or pending move, we were not allowed to use our preferred company for the move from storage , forcing us to use their moving services again. The subsequent move from storage to our home only took 7 hours as expected.
While the overall move went fine, the experience of being overcharged was disappointing and reflects poorly on the company. If possible, consider choosing a different moving company in the future.

Angel, Fonzo and Anthony were efficient, kind and just amazing when they helped us move. We are remodeling our house and had to move our stuff in and move other stuff out in order to continue the project in one day- and they helped make it happen. Even through a pretty bad thunderstorm. Thanks again guys!

The entire crew was very courteous and helpful and worked extremely hard on a very hot day for almost 11 hours.
I was incredibly impressed with the supervisor John, who stayed cool, calm and composed throughout the entire challenging job. Very knowledgeable and took great care of my possessions and property. A top notch professional I would recommend to anyone. Ernest and Danny were rock solid partners.
I had been a little wary about hiring movers after a less than ideal experience with a different local company, but this job really won me over. Many thanks to those guys and to your company.

We had such an amazing experience with Royal! They are priced extremely well - no hidden fees. Before they even begin to load things they take the time to explain what each charge is in your quote. They were VERY fast & got our one bedroom apartment loaded and moved into a new apartment in 2 hours. Travis & John helped us. Amazing guys! Hard workers and incredibly kind. Used a moving company for the first time and chose to use Royal Moving. I got multiple quotes from other companies and they had the best prices and amazing service from beginning to end. No surprise charges, and they tell you exactly how much everything will be including fees, taxes, etc. On our moving day they were right on time, not a second late. Travis and John were great. Super nice guys, very respectful and polite and very fast. They took good care of our things. We will definitely use this company again for our next move in the future. We appreciate y’all.

This company delivers. But ask about any hidden costs because they charge a gas fee.
